I called to set up an appointment and that was easy, they called to confirm appointment which was nice. Went in to the office the day of appointment for neutering and they were very rude and unprofessional, took the dog back right away and did not explain what I would need to expect, I did not meet the vet. They rushed me out of there, I did not like the unprofessional standards of this office, it also had a very bad odor. I left, and came back to pick up pet and they brought him out and handed pet to me, my pet had floor dust all over him and had a strong odor of other pet odors from the office for 2 days!! They gave NO explanation of what went on during procedure, no paper of directions for medications. Added things to my bill before my request. Only one person at the front talked of me out of the three people there. Not a "Hello" or anything. I will never recommend this place AGAIN! I am very unhappy!

My wife and I have been taking our two dogs, and more recently a cat, to Dr. Howards clinic for the last couple of years, and we are so glad that we found this place. Dont be fooled by the name -- they do a lot more than just spays and neuters. Ive been told that theyre not a "full service" vet, but we havent yet found any services we need that they dont provide -- so definitely call them first if youre in doubt. Their prices are very reasonable, and for spays and neuters, are unbelievable -- four to five *times* less than any other vet weve called. They do a good business, and though sometimes Dr. Howard is pretty busy, she has always found time to consult with us personally, and is very helpful and knowledgeable about the questions weve had. Best of all, we really trust her and the staff -- and thats a pretty rare feeling to have these days. Couldnt recommend them more!

The staff at this vet are awesome everyone there are very nice. My best friend buster always had to be sedated to get his finger nails cut which spay now was willing to do. On the day of his sedated nail trim I show up at the time of his appointment and low and behold the young lady was able to trim his nails without sedation which has never been done before with buster. It is obvious that the young lady is an animal lover and has a way with animals. The sedated nail trim price was 50$ the regular trim was 9$ so they saved me 40$ minus the top of course. Long story short. Great staff. Very caring people. Very honest not money hungry and above all the highest level of care is given to your pets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VET. THE BEST VET EVER DONT waste your time going anywhere else

My cat had recently broken his leg...after a $750 emergency vet trip and another $125 to my regular vet, I was left with two options: remove the leg for $1800 or fix the leg for $2300. Both of these options I was not able to swing financially and I had no idea what to do. After calling spay now and speaking with a receptionist, they were able to remove my cats leg at more than 75% less of a cost. These people are a godsend to those who are in emergency and financial situations and I have no idea what I would have done without these wonderful folks saving Mister. Spay now has acquired a lifelong client, and I will now be bringing all my pets there for their vaccine/surgery needs. Thank you ladies! I hope you see this!

Dr.Howard and her team were excellent. They were so caring and friendly. As soon as I got to Spay Now they helped me and the doctor saw my 5 yr old chihuahua right away. Unfortunately she was diagnosed with Pyometra which is an infected uterus and ovaries filled with pus. Dr.Howard was the best in explaining everything to us. They immediately took my dog in and took care of her. About 3 hes later or so I got their phone call that surgery was a total success and my pet was safe and healthy. They gave me medications to take with me and for now I just have to wait for my dog to recover. Her prices were so affordable and much cheaper than any other clinic. So happy I found this place. Most definitely recommend.

I would recommend, and have recommended this Spay Now to all of my friends who have, or save cats. The reasons I give this place a 5 star review are as follow... I called same day (@9am) they accepted my current vets records.. and then allowed me to drop my kitty off around 11:30am. They finished in a timely manor, and called as soon as Lucy (my kitty), was awake and ready to be picked up. I could type a lot more about how great their service was. The 2 ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice, and kind to our cat as well. This place is wonderful.. I never write reviews, but just felt this was a good time to speak out on their great services.. Thank You SPAY NOW!

My wife and I had our 7 month old yellow lab spayed there. Great people - very nice and very professional. She had a bit of an accident on herself in the crate while waiting for us to pick her up. Despite not being able to get her incision wet, they did a great job cleaning her up. They told us recovery was about 7 days, but 2 days after the surgery she was back to 100% and we were having a hard time keeping her from chasing our boys and running up and down the stairs. Highly recommend their service - particularly since it cost $98 vs. $500+ for our normal vet to do it.

I have had dogs all my life. Going into Spay Now is like a breath of fresh air. From the staff to Dr. Howard herself You wont be treated with friendlier more respectful professionals. Dr. Howard even diagnosed my sons dog after 2 different hospitals looked at her and misdiagnosed her. She did it without an exray, and advised us what to do. Her prices are reasonable and her care for animals is obvious. I cant thank them enough.

Excellent rates and service! I am so glad that a friend referred me to Spay Now when my dog needed to be neutered. I have to drive 30 minutes to get there, across the Bay Bridge, but it is worth it. Their rates for visits, procedures and vaccines is a fraction of the cost of my nearby vet. The staff and vets are friendly, and I can tell that they truly love working with my pets! Cant recommend this place highly enough.

I brought my ferret to Spay Now for a tumor. Dr. Howard did a thorough diagnostic and called me to discuss options. She was so helpful with presenting pros and cons to the various options. I decided, given the nature of the illness, that it was best to euthanize her. Dr. Howard and her staff were so caring and professional. I would trust any loved animal with Spay Now and will return with my other pets.

I love Spay Now. I didnt have $400 to get my dog neutered and shots up to date. Spay Now did the Neutering, shots and micro-chip for under $200. A lot of people let their animals go without proper care because they cant afford it. Spay Now gives everyone the ability to get this care without the major expense. Everyone employed there couldnt be more helpful and so very nice!! Thanks to all of you.
