Stephanies post is correct. It is impossible to get ahold of these people over the phone. After about 40 calls, I drove there in person to see their two desk personell, with headsets, on their computer. While I was scheduling an appointment, which took a month to find a spot, I must have heard the phone ring at least 20 times. The other one who wasnt taking down my info didnt seem like they were trying to answer any of these calls. When I finally did get my appointment and dogs in, the one of the two desk personell didnt really seem eager to help or all that friendly for that matter. When I finally did see the vet, I was pretty much passive aggresivley scolded like a child over my choice to not use their overly priced medications on my two dogs. After the initial exam, I was basically offered a plethora of other overcharged products that my local vet can supply. Im going to be going back soon for my dogs annual shots and will be writing how it goes. As far as first impressions go. Yea, seems like theyre more eager to get my money than rather making sure my babies are healthy.

I had no problem with the service at the Clinic. My problem with this Vet is getting ahold of them. During business hours, no one ever answers the phone and their voicemail box is always full and has been for months. In order for me to make my appointment, I have to go into the clinic and schedule it. It is also nice to be able to get ahold of your Vet by phone every now and then for a simple question. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I totally disagree with comments by Stephanie Ferguson. The staff is awesome and when I took an abandon cat for a check up (aka Zazzles), they were very professional and caring! Great service and great people. Zazzles is now part of the family and I will continue working with Langley Vet Clinic. :-)
