I have a lot of pets , from parrots to ponies. I rescued my dog Dexter out of NYC. less then 2months Dexter had gotten into fish hooks with leaders. I was scared to death he had swallow some. Dexter had not had his 1st Vet visit yet , my daughter recommended QTVH . I was just glad someone would see him right away. Dexter had 1 hook through his lip. Dr. Holbein calmed me down , Dexter took to her right away. She removed the fish hook and x rayed his throat and stomach. After my worst fears were taken away, I thought the bill would be quite large, but to my surprise, It was very fair and reasonable. At that point , This was Our new Vet ! I returned with Dexter back , its been about a year now, He was coughing and gagging . Again., they played it down to be just a simple thing. They discussed our options , but recommended nothing new. They dont play on your emotions or love of your pets . I love it here. I just wished they did horses !

When you find a vet that you trust will always act in the best interest of your pet, one that is compassionate, knowledgeable and communicative, you stick with them. Dr. Meyers is that vet for us. She left the practice that was only 6 minutes away from our home to join QVH exclusively. We decided that it was worth the 45 minute commute, across the Bay Bridge, so that we could continue to give our beloved fur babies the best care possible. Were so glad we did! Upon arrival at QVH, we were pleasantly surprised to find a brand spanking new (clean!!!) hospital! The staff was courteous, competent and friendly. We were seen on time - something that I always appreciate. Dr. Meyers, as always, was very thorough in her examination and her attention and advice were greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this practice, Dr. Meyers in particular, wholeheartedly.

As a prospective new dog owner I had several questions regarding the breed of dog (Havanese) that my wife and I were planning on purchasing. While doing my research I consulted with the folks at Queenstown Veterinary Hospital; they answered all of our questions, eliminating most of our concerns about buying a puppy. Queenstown Veterinary Hospital (QVH), was the first visit that our puppy Dino made after bringing him home and we have been using QVH ever since. All the members of QVH staff are knowledgeable, friendly and are true animal lovers. Its a comfort to know that we have such a great resource in our community, I have recommended QVH to several members of my family and also to all of our friends.They are great!!!

We moved to Kent Island from Annapolis and tried a couple of different vets before we found Queenstown Veterinary Hospital. I absolutely love them! The front desk staff was super friendly and upbeat even though I was 10 minutes late. I saw Dr. Bailey and she was great at answering all my questions about our new puppy. She didnt make me feel rushed and seemed to really care that I was given correct information on our pup. Also, the visit was very reasonable cost wise. I paid much more at the other vet visits and didnt receive the same great treatment. Im sticking with Queenstown for all of my dog and cat needs.

I took my sick dog in and Dr.Myers took care of my dog. She was wonderful.She took blood from my dog she said she will call me Tue night or Wed the latest. NO CALL. I call Thursday morning just to find out someone put the wrong # in the computer. I was told Dr Myers was off but Dr Tesi was in and she will call me. I stayed home all day. I called a few times just to be told Dr Tesi will call tonight after all appt are done. She NEVER CALLED. I will never ever go back. I want my dogs labs mailed to me ASAP. Dr Tesi needs to learn integeraty.I am sorry I ever went here.My dogs are my babies. S.hunt1346@verizon

You will not find a more knowledgeable, caring, loving hospital anywhere! We have four dogs and every one of of dogs feels very comfortable with everyone in the office, from the front office to the doctors. We WILL never take any of our dogs anywhere else. We cant say enough about Queenstown Veterinary Hospital. They go above and beyond to make sure your pets are well taken care of and love each and every pet they see. They have become a large part of our family. Thank you Queenstown Veterinary Hospital for caring as much about our pets as we do.

Sasha is our tenth dog and is very dear to our family. As both we and Sasha age, there is an increased desire to help her enjoy her older years with ours. We have been using Queenstown Veterinary Hospital for several years and have found them to be most compassionate with pets. They provide excellent analyses, appropriate treatments, remind customers of upcoming treatments, and they check to see how the pet is progressing after treatment. We are very pleased with the care and service provided by the Queenstown Verterinary Hospital.

I have been taking my Lola to Doctor Bailey for two years and every time we have an appointment Doctor Bailey and the entire staff show such love and compassion for Lola. Not only do they love her but I have so much trust in Doctor Bailey. If we go there for her yearly exam or if something is wrong Dr. Bailey assess the situation and within a day or two Lola is back to normal. I cant say enough about this organization. Every visit is a great experience for me and Lola.

My 12 year old siberian husky was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer by the vet weve seen locally for years and I took him to QVH to get a second opinion on the recommendation of a friend. The attention and respect my dog and I received was unparalleled. Dr. Bailey took the time to go over everything with us and discuss all possible scenarios. She was kind and caring and completely forthright. I trusted her immediately. I wish we would have come here years ago

Dr. Bailey and her team at Queenstown Vet are absolutely amazing! I would recommend them to anyone. Not only are they professional, competent and courteous--they care immensely about you and your pet. Dr. Bailey clearly has a passion for treating pets and it shows. I travel from Annapolis for their incredible services and encourage others to do the same --it is well worth the quick drive and they reimburse you for the toll fee!

From the time I called for an appointment until the time we walked out the door all of the staff was exceptionally friendly and very professional. They gave us their undivided attention and took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Dr Bailey called herself to follow up with test results and see how my dog was doing. The staff genuinely care about their patients, I highly recommend Queenstown Vet.

Our 12-year old rottweiler, Fanny, recently needed surgery. Dr. Holbein performed this very tricky and complicated procedure. The care and follow-up was very professional and personal and could not have been better. The fact that Fanny showed very little stress is proof that she was more at ease here than ever at other clinics. We recommend this hospital and Dr. Holbein very highly.
