Ive tried MULTIPLE times to take me dog there for different issues and the receptionist always treats me as if my dog didnt matter. I went there as soon as they opened with my super sick dog and theyre like "im sorry, dont have anything available for another 3-4 weeks". Ive also called first thing in the morning, and im like "wondering if the vet could take my dog in , and the receptionist goes have u been here before? And i wasnt even finish explaining that ive tried that the lady interrupts me saying ""NO WE DONT HAVE ANYTHING AVAILABLE TIL NEXT MONTH. She didnt even bother listening to me. So ok, i get it. I will take my business somewhere else.

Amazing service, awesome people. Brought my Jug (pug/Jack Russell) in and I was so impressed by the extreme personal care and service, that I had to write a review once I got home. The ladies were amazing with my little Myles, he hardly weeped when he got his nails cut, which is a rarity. Normally he cries as if his legs were being chopped off. They were so loving and caring with him. These people truly enjoy their careers.The price was cheap and the care and service are top notch. Ill be grabbing my records from my other vet (down the street lol) and bringing them to my new one at Memorial.Thanks again girls!

These people are saints. Very compassionate and all the staff love animals. My beloved dog was diagnosed with cancer and Dr. Horsefield spent a lot of time giving me all my options and educating me so I could make the right decisions. Dr. Noto also called me personally on the phone to answer some questions. When she passed, the staff even hugged me and cried with me. They care very much, and are great at what they do.
