my name is lynne, i own and run safari parties". i have many exotic animals, some large , some small, some very expensive , some not so. but all are loved and cared for just the same. i would trust my extended family to only the highest quality vet and assistants. i am not at the vet office to make best friends, i am there for the best care . i am licensed by the pa game and the usda , they check my vet records. i have been in business for over 28 yrs. i have a few vets . all my vets i consider out standing in care giving. i have looked around and researched. affordable clinic is a small hospital, with 1 vet, 1 vet tech. and one receptionist. they have much to deal with, the animal comes first. the affordable clinics excellence is up to all standards of any non-affordable animal hospital. i also have vets a few mins. from me on the "main line". i drive much over an hour to the affordable clinic. i read some complaints of charging extra if you pick your pet up late. they all do ! the staff would like to go home after work. charging a late fee encourages people to be responsible and considerate. i have found affordable clinic to be fair, accommodating, understanding, comforting , professional, friendly and AFFORDABLE !!! hence the name. they dont just do spay and neuter . i have trusted them with my animal family for a variety of issues. like an old fruit bat with arthritis, an african serval wild cat with a lump, a fennec african fox with inverted eye lids he had on all lids from birth, prairie dog and skunks who needed dental work; oh yes ....spay and neuter of many of my skunks. i highly recommend this clinic ....and have !

I found a stray kitten and I took her here to get spayed and shots and I wanted to learn more about getting her de-clawed (thats what we always did when I was a kid...). The 2 women made me feel like a terrible human being to even consider de-clawing my kitten. While they did have a lot of useful information about it, which did end up changing my mind, the way they talked to me was not the best way to approach it, in my opinion. I feel like if they are that passionate about not de-clawing cats, they should not offer that service. In addition to that, they asked if I wanted an E-collar and pain meds for my kitten, which I read in the paperwork that was not a requirement, and I said no and she replied "Spaying is like a hysterectomy for a woman...." So then I felt forced to purchase both. If its such a big deal, the meds and the collar should be a requirement. They seem to be very opinionated here and while the prices are low, I dont feel right being treated like Im being inhumane to my kitten.

Great Prices, Front desk and Nurse that came out to take my pet back were very friendly, caring, and informative. I felt comfortable leaving my pet with them for surgery. Pets incision was so clean and healed up beautifully in a few days. Thank you for your services and offering a more affordable option for people.

The price is cheap, just got my boy kitten neutered and you cant even tell. Two days later hes back to running around and jumping around. Convenient times for drop off and pick up. Thanks!

They were very knowledgeable and kind. Took neuteted a feral cat that I trapped and they made it affordable for me to take care of this little guy. Would definitely recommend this place.
