Similar experience to the first reviewer. Great Dr, service was great until they realized we were not getting the designer glasses with every optional item. We ended up trying to get glasses elsewhere in Royersford. It has been 3 weeks and Vision works will not release the authorization they got from my insurance company. Multiple calls to the store and their "customer service" department. Daughter still has no glasses. Avoid this place. I do not normally give negative reviews, but I have zero issue with using my name in this case.

The initial visit was great and the dr and the 2 dudes working the front were helpful and nice. Just picked up my contacts and the 2 women working the front were like angry librarians, I had a few questions and then I just wanted to get out the door asap before they shot lasers out their eyes at me seriously.
