LOVE Garnet Valley Eye Care!! Dr. Salloga is incredible. When I was a new mother and had an infection in my eye, she patiently worked with me as I stressed about finding a medication/treatment plan that wouldnt be harmful to my son (who I was nursing at the time). She was very knowledgeable about my various options, but supported me when I wanted to double-check with his pediatrician (who agreed with everything Dr. Salloga had said). She also is more than willing to answer all of my million questions at every check-up! The staff is also amazing; they greet me with friendly warmth every time I walk in. They always ask how my family is doing, how work is going, etc.--its clear that they care about me as a person, and Im not just another number/file as a patient. Whenever I order contacts, they place the order immediately and my contacts are ready to be picked up right away--sometimes as soon as the next day. Plus, the remodeled office is beautiful and spotless, which puts my germaphobe-nature at ease. I recommend this office to everyone I can!

While the doctor was very nice, the front desk lady (dont remember her name but she had short blonde hair and deenean (sp?) were all very nice, the short medium length blonde lady who helps you pick out the glasses was snobby, very unhelpful. Sent me over to the wall by saying, "anything over there is good" meanwhile, another person was getting glasses and she was giving her suggestions, being super friendly, ect. She told my husband he should just get "dollar store glasses" and brushed off any of his questions. She was very rude and dismissive, my guess is because we didnt look as "well off" as the other patient is why we didnt get the quality of friendliness and service that she did.

We are a family of four who are pleased with our eye care and thankful for the staff. We love the family feel of the office. The Doctor took extra time with my husband, who has special circumstances with his vision, and even called him personally a few days later for follow up. We didnt think doctors still did that.

I had a great experience having my eyes examined, choosing my frames, etc.. But, my only complaint is they are hardly ever in the office after 5 PM which leaves me with glasses that are sliding off my nose and giving me pains in my neck. Every time I call, they are closed or I get voicemail.

Kinda agree, some of the ladies are a bit nasty... should show more care. I wish the doctor best of luck. Need more organization in the office as well as scheduling properly. Should not have to wait that long for an eye visit. Time will tell with this transition.

Friendly staff with a great selection of Eyewear. I couldnt just choose 1 pair so I ended up with two because the deal was too good to pass up. Dr Salloga is very personable and spends a lot of time with you to make sure your contacts are working just right.

The doctor was so sweet and friendly! The lens technician helped me find the best pair of glasses for my face and personality. They always seem to be getting new frames to stay up with the fashions. As long as I live here, I will go to Garnet Valley Eye Care!

I asked to have someone fix my glasses. The frames as well as lenses were chewed by my puppy. They popped the lenses back in and handed me back the chewed glasses and lenses without discussing my other options to get functional glasses again

went for my 1st visit after Dr. P. passed away, the new eye doctor has no personality or bed side manner. It isnt the same, I am in the process of finding a new eye doctor. Employees are rude.
