Every time we have needed to have one of our fur-babies seen Ark is amazing about getting them in. And they understand why we dont want to wait days to be seen. Would you want to wait days to be seen if you were feeling sick. They even stayed late one time because the only times we can get there are after my husband gets home from work. The are extremely affordable and the nicest people. They are now our go to vet for both our cat and dog. We had to take our cat Trixy to see them a few months ago and they were amazing with her. She actually was calm and relaxed the whole time we were there unlike when we took her to her previous vet. They worked with us three separate times to resolve her issue and now she is doing great! Yesterday they met our big oaf of a pup Jester and again the results were amazing. He was happy and a total ham like always but again unlike the vet we were taking him too they didnt seem to mind that he was really hyper and excited to be around people. They also didnt mind all the drool and the fact that he doesnt seem to realize he is 70 pounds of moving force. Instead of doing a ton of unneeded test which is what the vet we took him to ALWAYS did whenever we brought him in... the vet and staff was great and told us our options. While there were tests we could do... we were pretty sure it was allergies. So now he is on meds and already seems to be more comfortable and less itchy.

My sister and I brought in her sick lizard. The kind and compassion received from the staff was amazing. We had no appointment and never been to this vet before, but we had unpleasant experiences at Indian Valley Animal Hospital, so we decided to try this new vet in town. They were extremely helpful. I even called one time to ask a question about my cat (who is not a patient there, so they hold no records about his health) and they took the time to listen to me about my cats symptoms and gave suggestions. They continued conversing with me, even after they closed! Needless to say, my cat will be a patient of theirs soon!

We began taking our four cats here about two years ago now, and we love it! Typically, there is only one pet in the office at a time, which I love because my cats dont have the added anxiety of seeing other animals that they dont know in the office. The vets and techs are all extremely friendly, and theyre more than willing to spend extra time discussing your pets health with you. Its a much more personal experience than any other vet Ive been to, and I feel like my cats get better care because of it. I highly recommend this vet!

We had to have our 14 1/2 year old lab put to sleep and didnt want to do it in a vet office. We scheduled with Ark to come to our home. Dr. Hollenbach and the tech who came to our home (sorry I cant remember her name) were Wonderful. They were caring and compassionate. They provided us with the peaceful end our boy deserved. The prices were on par with the more reasonable providers for this service in the area.

My cat went missing and went to Ark to give them a flyer. Not only did they post it, they took the time to ask me how I was doing and were just very kind. My Lucy came home the next day and they gave me an appointment right away to check her out even though she wasnt a client of theres...they were so good with her! I Definitely recommend them to anyone

Our dog Charlie was so sick with a bad ear infection and it wasnt getting resolved at my regular vet. I went to Ark for help and they were wonderful. They truly cared about his needs and pain. Now he has a new vet Dr. Smith
