I recently switched to Upper Saucon after a lifetime with the same vet. I was looking for consistency with a vet and wanted more personalized care for my companions. I found that and more here. I brought my dog Annie here for a surgical consult. I have been here multiple times now with her surgery and follow up. I could not be happier. From day one, I was met with kindness and compassion. Excellent customer service. Dr. Ted is so approachable and a skilled vet. Annie took to the staff right away. The surgery went well, they kept me updated every step of the way. Rebecca was outstanding with making sure I understood everything and answered all my questions. They never make you feel rushed. Dr. Ted called personally after the surgery and with the biopsy results. Its very personable here. Its worth the extra drive for me. I was recommended by a family member and very glad I made the switch. I would recommend this office to anyone. I will be switching my other dog as well. I just cant imagine anyone having a bad experience here.

At first we took our 2 cats here for years (no problems), When we were fortunate enough to Rescue & adopt a 2 year old Shepard mix we were instructed to take her to our vet as part of the adoption. First thing he did was give her a FULL battery of shots & tests even thought her records showed they were up to date. The several hundred dollar invoice wasnt my main concern, It was the OVER DOSE of drugs in our dogs system. When I complained Mr. Greedy said he would do nothing about it because HE felt the Animal Rescue Facility were not licensed Vets. so her records & SHOTS where invalid. I found a new vet the next day. 4 years later & his office STILL sends me request to bring my animals in for check-ups. I wont take a rat there.

I am a very experienced dog/horse owner that just moved into the area. The Dr had little interest or empathy with me or my pets (2; dog and cat) with very serious and expensive illnesses. The Dr was not interested in explaining or discussing the options with an intelligent and informed owner.- He kept sending in the vet tech to explain things - really?! Staff was rude. Worst vet experience EVER- now I know why the place is always empty.

Im not sure why there are negative reviews on here - I just moved to the area and needed to give my kitten her shots/get eye medication. I googled the closest vet, found this place, and gave them a call. Just from the very first phone call I could tell how friendly the staff was and I was not disappointed. Also, the prices are very fair - definitely recommend this place!
