Dr. Jamison is a animal person. She is very realistic and down to earth, and always tells you upfront what is happening. Once time in the middle of the night our young puppies started to walk around funny and acting out of it. We took her to a 24 hour vet. They wanted to run blood work, Cat scans, MRI, urine work, just everything under the sun. By the time the vet saw us we decide we would wait 2 hours for Dr. Jamison to open instead of dishing out thousands *yes that is correct we where looking at four digits*. We took her to Dr. Jamison in the morning. She took one look at the puppy and instantly saw she had a concision. She kept her over night for observation and the entire trip cost us less than 200 dollars. I also rescue kittens and she knows this. They often set me up with medicine at low cost to me. One time we had a kitten that was passing on. I took it to the vet to see if there was anything they could do for me and took her over night. Sadly the kitten didnt make it. They where kind enough not to charge me a thing. This is just two of the AMAZING encounter weve had with her. She truly is a vet that is devoted to her animal friends and that is why we have used her for almost 20 years.

We have been taking our cat and dog there for years. This vet is usually knowledgeable, but one of those people that just assumes since they have "seen it all before", that they just know what is troubling your pet...Regardless of running any kind of actual tests. Well she misdiagnosed our cat the first time so we had to rush him back, only to be blamed for things they have no idea of know if we did or not (claiming we just *must* have given him treats). Worse yet, that actual excuse was written into the medical record to "if client gives -cats name- anymore treats, increase bill". $800 later our cat was basically kept in a cage and given a catheter twice. We are taking him to a much more reliable vet now.

Dr. Jamison is a rare breed when it comes to veterinary services. She truly is more concerned about the health of the animal more than money, keeping up with the schedule, the well being of her clients, or any other miscellaneous distraction. In the 10 plus years I have been taking my cats and dog to her for annual check-ups or illness visits, I have found her to be compassionate and HONEST. For this reason, I have recommended her to all of my friends who are searching for a great vet and will continue to do so. Every business has its weaknesses and strengths. The greatest asset of Milford Veterinary Clinic is the personalized and sincere service received by Dr. Kathy Jamison.

This vet is the worst, DR Jamison will let your animal die for a couple bucks. It is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. She miss diagnosed our cat and now he is dying. Not only that the time he was misdiagnosed she would not even wait 2 days for a payment of $40 of which we paid the same day because she would not let us leave until we paid. Now we try to take our cat back, and she is refusing to look at him again because in her words "No services offered or available due to non-payment". Our cat has diabetes and she diagnosed him with a cold. STAY AWAY SAVE YOURSELF A HEARTACHE OF LOSING YOUR BELOVED PET.

Dr Jamison does not think like most businesses. She will not do what is in her best interest for her own bottom line. Your pets health is more important. If she does not trust a product, she will not sell it at her office - no matter how much $$$ she can make from it. Regardless of shifting consumer trends and marketing strategies she stays focused on you pets best interest. She is kind, compassionate and hard working and will work with you financially and emotionally. I dont think of her office as a business but as a health advocate for my pets.

Dr Jamison is superb!! She is very compassionate for animals and knows her job inside and out. She diaganosed my dog with a pinched nerve in his neck within seconds when I thought it was something with is paw cause he was limping. Treated him and a day later was perfectly fine! Amazing. And her prices...youll never find more reasonable prices at any vet in the area!! Not always easy to get through for appointments but I would definitely recommend Dr Jamison to EVERYONE!

Horrible vet! They told my friend her dog had cancer and had little time left! A year later he is fine and never had cancer it was a cyst! Also killed my friends dog after a routine operation! They did not even tell her till much later and left it on a answering machine! No cause of death , no answers when you ask why! I took my dog there walked in and right back out! Smelled soo bad and soo dirty! Never ever go there with your animal!

Talk about a true animal lover. Dr. Jamison is a wonderful wonderful vet, and a very down to earth and honest person. She cares deeply for the health of every animal that walks through her doors (and probably on earth). She is ridiculously affordable and her knowledge and work are solid. I highly recommend Kathy to fellow pet owners. I couldnt possibly stop singing her praises. Shes the best!!

Dr Jamison is the best, my family has been taking our four legged family members here for many many years, in which they recieve kind and compassionate care aimed at keeping them healthy and happy. The office has a very cozy country feel with nice rocking chairs and some really neat pieces of art, I especially enjoy the black and white picture of a fox starring off into the distance.

If you can get past the stink and the eternally busy phone line to schedule appointments, Dr. Jamison is a terrific vet. She takes time to listen, cares about your animals and knows her medicine. I would prefer to get reminders about shots, have better availability (hours), etc but thats cosmetic. At the end of the day, theres no one else Id rather have take care of my pets.

Weve had Airedales for 28 years and have been to several doctors for them. We LOVE Dr. Kathy and staff and would recommend them to everyone. If you are looking for the ultra-modern office, this is not the place. But, if you are looking for excellent knowledge of medicine, love and caring for your animal, Dr. Kathy is the one! She speaks to you, not down at you.

Dr. Jamison is the best vet. Have taken all my fur babies to her for 5 years. Truly cares about animals. Care for sick animals is exceptional. I found a baby kitten stuck inside a wheel, called her and she told me to bring it over right away. She treated it. It had a rough start but is healthy and playful now. Her prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

Kathy has been my vet for over 20 years. She had a true love of animals. She treated every animal my kids had, from Iguanas, birdls, a minny horse, cats, dogs and frogs. She has no patience for people who mistreat their animals. Wouldnt take my animal anywhere else!
