My 4 month old puppy broke her tibia two days ago. Since it was late, I decided to come here because it was the closest place open. They were extremely nice, but they werent as nice at doing their jobs. My dog had a spiral fracture, which means it goes around the bone. They put her leg in a splint and told us about our treatment options. We were originally going to keep her leg in the splint, but then we decided the surgery was the better choice. Today, when she got her surgery at VSEC, they went in, expecting to put a pin in her leg. What they found was that the bone hadnt been set properly. It looked okay from the side, but it wasnt lined up correctly on the top. Had we not opted for the surgery, her bone would have stayed and healed like this. The surgeon had to put three wires around her bone to keep it in place. Will never be going here again.

Vet Jackson holding a dog named Dutch hostage for 2 years. Threatened owner to sign owner under duress when dog ate sock. Dutch been living outside in deplorable dirty conditions, lost hair, no love or attention, barely feeding, barely water. Dutch is suffering in a living hell. Shes a horrible evil and should lose her license and be shut down. Owners heart broken wants her baby back. Jackson refuses all potential adopters. Shes a scumbag and needs to be fined for animal cruelty and neglect. Free Dutch, Free Dutch, Free Dutch!!! Just because shes a vet doesnt make her a caring animal person, just the opposite. She tells lies and more lies about Dutch to keep denying adopters. Stay away from this Warrington Death Vet.

I have had to use this service in the wee hours of the morning for a choking dog. It went well in that the dog survived. I have just heard from a reliable professional friend that she brought her dog in for an emergency surgery for a blockage. After hours of surgery the dog came through and was sent home, ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE DOG HAD THIRD DEGREE BURNS FROM THE OPERATING TABLE!! Gross neglect. The surgeon should be fined and reprimanded and the tech should be fired.

Had to take a rabbit there for emergency surgery after it got into an accident with another rabbit. We called and let them know we were on the way and arrived around 10:00. They immediately took our rabbit back and told us all about what was going to happen, costs etc. It was a miracle he survived, all thanks to the amazing work of all the veterinarians and vet techs there! Thank you!

Felt more comfortable at this hospital. I have been to several in the past. They really helped with my animals situation without doing extra stuff just to make money! I am not used to this. It seems like the other places that I went to before did anything just to jack up my bill. I would definitely go back here if I have an emergency situation and I highly recommend this place!

I recently brought my elderly cat to Bucks V.E.T.S. for a pulmonary issue. Dr. Jackson and her staff were thorough, courteous, and prompt. As my cat needed to be observed, the staff gave me the option of going home instead of waiting. Although I hope to not have to return, I would recommend the business to anyone with an emergency.

The staff here kept my cat comfortable during his last hours. Dr. Jackson knew right away what to test for and was very thorough. I was glad to have someone see him right away at 4am when he wasnt doing very well. They called multiple times to tell me the status of him throughout the day. Great for an emergency. Thank you.

Dr. Jackson and vet staff were amazing. They were able to stabilize our french bulldog in respiratory staff and diagnose her problem deftly and quickly. We are so thankful to have such a skilled staff available in a time of emergency.
