Called them to bring in my dog for anxiety issues. I told them I wanted to schedule out for 2 weeks because my insurance didnt kick in until then. The person on the phone told me to come in anyway and they will be able to bill the insurance. Thought it was odd, but I was glad to get it sooner. I took off work and brought my dog out there only for them to tell me the person on the phone shouldnt have said that. I had to go home. Then I call back in two weeks to schedule and leave a voicemail. Received a voicemail back that was very bitter telling me that if I leave voicemails I need to be more specific. Very snappy. Received no apology. Went elsewhere.

How awesome can one team be?. Doc terry, Paula, Andy, Emily, all do work they love and it shows in how they interact with animals and their humans. Doc has a fair folksy intuitive approach to medicine and promoting wellness. Our animals respond well to him and he is professional in drawing clear lines in what kind of practice he runs. We love the e ole experience and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. McGrath is the most compassionate, and trusting vets out there! He has a love of animals that is just obvious, as he will put our kitties in hit flannel shirt for a smile (they like it too). He is straight forward, and honest, and his care is complete. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great vet.

Love Dr Terry. He is so good with my two cats. They might be scared because they are at the vets office, but as soon as he picks them up they calm right down (dont wiggle or try to get away). He takes the time to explain. Patient.
