Love! This! Place! We see Doctor Stephanie Herr every time we visit Shiloh and she is absolutely amazing! Great with our dog, friendly as can be, very informative and very gentle. We recently had to see the ortho Doctor, Dr. Owings. She is fantastic as well, very informative, kept me in the loop. Has a wonderful professional presence, sweet and kind! Love this place, wouldnt go anywhere else!!

We took our puppy Mowgli to his first veterinary appointment at the East location. The staff is very friendly, and the doctors are very helpful. We had issues with Mowglis aggression and they gave us tips and tools to help with those issues. The staff made Mowgli feel very comfortable with plenty of rubs and treats. We recommend this location to anyone who wants the best care for their pet.

They seemed more concerned about pushing a junk brand of food on me for my cat than actually helping my cat. Hills/Science Diet is junk and a crooked company. Their pet foods are loaded with grains and byproducts and also way overpriced. You would think a vet would know better. I will be going somewhere else next time.

Why is this place listed 4 times? It was just blah. Did they care? I dunno know. Felt like they were telling me stuff out of a book. I tried it but am going back to my old place. I thought that place was over charging me, but you get what you pay for and my babies need the best. Anyway, thats what I felt.

Recently we had to put a 16 year long time fox terrier friend to sleep. The staff was superb and very undrstanding. We even got a hand written sympathy card from the vet a few days later. This is a great place to trust your pets care to.
