I have been at this clinic several times over the past four years. It has been a very painful experience. Four years ago, my female cat died while boarding at Five Points Animal Clinic. I did not know what to think of it at the time because I had never experienced the death of a pet and I was unfamiliar with cat diseases. I was told it was an incurable case of feline aids. However, my cat was bought in a pet store from a shelter that guaranteed that the cat did not have feline aids. But it died anyway, while boarding at Five Points Animal Clinic. Then, earlier this week my current, male cat had stayed at the clinic for a urinary problem. The catheter procedure set me back $900. That was not enough, because I was also informed that my cat was scared and had bitten a dog. Of course, my cat was scared in view of the procedure, but how on earth could it have been kept anywhere near another animal while staying at this clinic after a medical procedure? Shouldnt the clinic keep animals away from each other? Now, because of the biting, HDEC will visit me in my house to check that my (indoor) cat (who never gets outside) is kept quarantined in my house, although the biting took place while the cat was at Five Points Animal Clinic and there obviously not properly cared for. The vet told me of the biting with a smile on her face as if it was all a joke. Having officials from HDEC visit me in my home, because of the clinics incompetence, is not funny to me. The vet also sought to make light of the situation by joking that she gets bit all the time. Apparently, the multitude of this vets inadequacies amuses her! I have drawn the only right and proper conclusion from this sad state of affairs. I will avoid Five Points Animal Clinic, never ever go there again, and inform anybody I know with pets of the clinics horrendous practices.

I have been taking my dog here since he was a small puppy and we mainly see Dr. Bierman, who is relatively new to the practice. Recently, my dog had surgery to remove a growth from his lip and Dr. Bierman made sure to walk me through the process, and the day of the surgery after the procedure he called me and gave me a thorough update. He didnt seem rushed to get off the phone and we had a good conversation which says to me that he cares about his patients deeply. All of the staff is wonderful, and the woman who manages the front of the clinic even faxed off all of the necessary paperwork to my pet insurance company after the procedure. That was something she didnt have to do but made my life much easier. They really go above and beyond, and after the procedure my dog has recovered beautifully. They also have convenient walk-in vaccine booster service. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to this clinic for almost 15 years now. Everyone at the clinic has been helpful with every issue we have had. They helped our Saint Bernard and Bullmastiff live longer than usual, healthy lives. We still drive almost an hour just to go to this clinic for our newest dog. Dr Harbach, Nikki, and the rest of the staff there have been awesome! The friends that I have referred to this clinic also continue to use them (one driving from North Augusta). That is a testament to how professional and caring they are. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do for me and the creatures in my life.

Took my 13-year-old cat, Mia, here for the first time today (she needed a new vet b/c of a move) and they were awesome! They were very gentle with her and as a result she responded shockingly well to everything. I also really liked how reasonable and affordable their services were. They didnt push me to get a bunch of unnecessary tests or anything like that done. Her annual checkup and 2 vaccines she needed were only around $80, while another vet in the area quoted me $150 for the same services. Im glad I found this clinic!!

We go to Dr. Gallery here. Five points animal clinic has always been able to take us in very quickly. Dr. Gallery is very very thorough and clear. He is able to answer all of my questions. I tried to get a stray cat neutered through the Humane Society in Cola but they couldnt schedule us until 5 weeks later...5 Points Animal Clinic could take us the next day! Good prices also. Great small-town feel.

Dr. Bierman is an outstanding Vet. One of my dogs was recently attacked by a neighbors dog and we had to make an emergency appointment. Dr. Bierman was GREAT at explaining the complications with her injury, performing a surgery to repair the wound, and checking her progress weekly. I will be moving my other dog to Five Points Animal Clinic also.

Having lived in New York and Dallas, Five Points Animal Clinic is by far the best veterinarian practice I have ever patronized. Dr. Harbach and her staff are extremely caring, but also extremely knowledgeable. I trust them with all of my pets, and will never go to another veterinary office.

Our pets have been coming here for years. I wouldnt trust their care to anyone else! Its so apparent that they truly love animals. And Dr. Harbach is beyond excellent. She recently performed an extremely complicated surgery on our 16 yr. old lab. who is now doing beautifully.
