Brought my kitten in when I adopted her for a spay, even though this is not my normal vet - this is where the adoption agency had arranged. The office staff were inattentive and I never once had the opportunity to meet or soak with the vet. During intake, no one confirmed that my cat hadnt eaten or had water since the night before - she couldve died under anaesthesia if I had forgotten that step! They also forgot to give me her microchip tags and sticker information, although they had put it in that same day. When I got her home and let her out, I found that a huge glob of feces was matted into and dried on her tail. I had to cut it off - it was obviously not fresh and had been there for several hours. Will never return to this clinic under any circumstances.

I cant attest to the quality of care here because Ive never made it past the front desk. Ive come to this clinic twice in the last 2 months with situations that were unexpected, so I couldnt make an appointment. Both times I came shortly after the clinic opened and was informed that the veterinarian didnt come in until a couple hours after the clinic opens. The staff was not friendly nor pleasant, and promptly told me that they only operated by appointment so I would need to go somewhere else. Luckily, they recommended Shandon-Wood Animal Clinic. I went there and was greeted with professionalism, helpfulness, and an on-site veterinarian; three things I was unable to find at Rosewood Animal Clinic.

Dr. Weber has taken excellent care our cats for years now, with utmost kindness and professionalism to our beloved cats. I worked as a vet-tech at Shandon-Wood and at Dr. Walt Greggs Clinic... Not to take anything away from Doc Atkinson and Doc Walt Gregg, but Dr. Weber is hands down the greatest! The staff could be a little friendlier, but honestly, they do their jobs well. We never have to wait for very long and the clinic is clean and runs efficiently. Dr. Weber takes the time to answer all our questions and explain to us in terms we can understand. Dr. Weber is gentle with our cats and we (cats and humans) could not be happier!

My dog loves Dr. Weber and her staff so much that he starts whining with excitement as soon as we pull into the parking lot. Ive never had a dog pull TOWARDS the vet before, but he does. The staff is friendly, the prices are very fair, and you can tell everyone there genuinely cares about animals. They also offer boarding. Quite simply, they are AWESOME.

Ive had one experience here and I can attest to the folks saying they arent quite as attentive or customer friendly as maybe they could be, but we had our dogs teeth cleaned and vaccinated here and we had a good experience. I will continue to patronize until I experience otherwise and will update then.

Will only sell their overpriced meds. 30$ for one pill. Refuses to write script for heart worm meds so i can purchase a 6 month supply. Rude woman at front desk. told me a blatant lie about how their supplier will pull their stock if they write scripts. Greedy

I really wish I could give it a zero. If you want your animals to be treated well, please go somewhere else. They tell you that your pet is fine, and can pick them up. Less than and hour later they die. Never again will i go here.

The vet is kind, the staff are unbelievably rude. Just so mean. Im an adult, I shouldnt have to feel guilty about bringing in my pets or be bullied. Switched vets. Really not worth the stress.

Terrible bed side manner. Woman at the front desk referred to me as the "cat lady" when I came in to visit my cat during recovery.Will not return.
