Took my puppy there to be spayed..was NEVER able to speak with the Dr. prior to the surgery, then when I went to pick her, I wanted to speak to him about a luxating patellas he has..Well of cous,e Dr was too busy with other ppl and after waiting in the front lobby for 15 min was asked to wait in another room in the back with no Dr, at which time, Some guy opens a door and shoots into another room and shuts that door...in the mean time, I already paid my bill and asked for my puppy..I was told I COULD NOT HAVE MY PUPPY BACK UNTIL I chat with this Dr (who I still have never met) about a completely UNRELATED ISSUE...needless to say, I was pissed..your telling me I cannot have my puppy back until this Dr (who ever that is) tries to UPSELL me some knee surgery....REALLY....THEN HAVE THE NERVE TO PUT IN THE CHART THAT I REFUSED TO SPEAK WITH THE DR....

Excellent Vet Dr. Vanis is one of the Best, I have been taking my pets to him for years and I have had a pet all my 55 yrs so I know the good from the bad, From dental to surgerys He and the Staff get a 5 Star

WONDERFUL people. They really helped me when my cat had an eye injury. They where caring and did all they could to help. They are very good with cats.
