Dr. Shroyer is very knowledgeable and the staff is happy & friendly. Weve been to several other vets in the area and werent really satisfied with the care that our cats received. We went to the Beville Animal Hospital on the recommendation of Susie Nichols. Shes fanatical about the care of her two dogs and highly recommended them. Our two cats needed their annual shots and check-ups. One of our cats had some problems which Dr. Shroyer quickly diagnosed and out kitty is now getting better. We brought him back for a follow-up this week and hes doing great. Its really refreshing to see a happy office staff because that reflects on the business as a whole. One of the first things I noticed was that they take extra care to keep the rooms clean and sanitary. That is very important to me when going to a vets office. The picture is of Lance, their office kitty. He was playing with a piece of candy and batted it under the door while we were waiting in one of the exam rooms. :)

This place is excellent. When one of my two cats is suddenly ill or injured they make room on their schedule and tell me to bring the cat in immediately. For regular kitty maintenance and upkeep such as shots, fleas, etc. they always send reminder cards. During an exam the doctor always explains his findings and answers any questions. The doctor, staff and front desk people are courteous, friendly, and compassionate. When I travel out of state and need info faxed, they do it immediately and with a smile. I find their prices to be in line with other vets. I feel very lucky to have found them.

Weve been taking our cats here for a few years and the doctor and staff are always compassionate and reasonably priced. Today we took our cat without an appointment because we thought she dislocated her hip and we walked right in, got x rays and met with the doctor within minutes. Our cat is usually difficult to deal with and they handled her very well. Turned out she had a fractured hip and the doctor was very thorough in explaining the xrays and treatment and we are confident she will come through healthy and we will not end up breaking the bank with them.

This has beeen a great vet for many years but there has been a change in services were money has become the object. The dollar signs have been put on care instead of the treatment. Also when there is a problem you are not allowed to speak with Dr Shoyer. Dr.Shoyer is a great vet but your staff will be hurt you hopefully you implement changes because this used to be the BEST vet around. I will not reurn unfortunately.

Lisa an office manager if you can call her that is not a vet but prescribes medications anyway, has no idea what she is doing, the rest of the staff is a joke, the doctor has no clue as to what he is doing and all they care about is money!...unless you want to be broke and still have sick or dead animals, go someplace else!

This is a wonderful place. With a compassionate doctor and friendly, staff. My dogs get so excited to go there which was never the case at our old vet. You can tell this vet genuinely cares for animals!
