Three times I brought my dog in because he was having difficulty walking. The first time she prescribed a pain med and steroid, citing a possible disc problem. When he was not improving, and when I found what appeared to be a large lump near his groin, I brought him in again. On this visit, I was told that it was no more than a fatty mass. More pain meds and steroid. His third visit was prompted by the fact that his belly seemed rounded to me and since I needed to leave town, my husband brought the dog in. I was expecting an xray or blood work to be done at this point - but the diagnosis then was that he was tense and bunched up from missing me. Well as another week passed and his belly only seemed to become more rounded, I chose another vet, (Dr. Elizabeth Hill of Ebeneezer Animal Hospital Group, Rock Hill, SC) who prompty ordered blood work and an xray. As I had suspected - there was fluid in his abdomen. He needed an ultra sound. Hes been diagnosed with several large and small tumors near his liver,kidneys and heart. Perhaps an earlier diagnosis would not have saved him but having known this a month earlier could have spared my poor dog prolonged pain and suffering. Oh..and the staff? Cold, not helpful and impersonal. Big difference from the Ebeneezer group. I STRONGLY recommend not using the Rock Hill Animal Hospital.

We had to bring our Beagle (Brownie) in yesterday, July 16th 2015 for treatment. What I thought was a sore was actually Breast Cancer. Beth was so nice & caring towards us & Brownie. Dr. Ferguson came in and gave us the diagnosis of Brownie and explained all our options. Our choice was devasting and heartfelt but Dr. Ferguson sat with us through the entire process. Hands down he was made to be an Veterinarian! You & Beth made us feel at ease with the decision our family had to make. Thank you for being there!

Our first vet appointment with our new addition to our family. Everyone is amazing. Dr. Ferguson was simply amazing and patient in answering ANY questions we had and answered alot of them in what he expected of us as owners. Great vets, veterinary assistants, and staff. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and really like to take care of all animals. They will take the best care of your pet, no matter if it is a routine visit, or an emergency. If you have any questions or need clarification the staff will always take time to make sure your questions are answered before you leave. Great office!

I think this is by far the best place for pet care. I have been taking my dog to Dr. Ferguson for years and think he and his staff always gives high quality care. They also arent too far away from my house so it makes it very convenient for me!
