The staff actually remembers our dogs although one of them Id rather easy to remember with how much he dislikes it (Has always hated vets in general) They are very patient with him and little by little I think hes actually starting to come around.

The Doctor got his veterinary degree before I was born. You can tell that he loves animals and my scaredy cat responded really well to him. Hes a great mix of old school common sense, decades of experience and cutting edge stuff. He keeps up.
