I went to the walk in last night and the front desk was nice but the nurse who had called me back was rude! She was not very friendly she did not even have one smile. I am assuming it was because I had gotten there 15 minutes before they closed but regardless it is a health care facility they should not treat it any different. When I got to the room she still continued to be rude. The room I was in had trash all over the floor, the trash can was over flowing, and there were used paper towels sitting on the counter. I also did not really care for how the Dr. examined me. He did not even wash his hands after my exam. I had my 2 small kids with me and I am not a huge germ freak but the way the room was was unacceptable. I will NOT be going back to this place.

I have been using this facility for over a year now and Dr. White is fabulous! But nothing ever happens on time here. I have never had an appointment begin even within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. I have to wait nearly an hour past the appointment time every time ive been in. If not for that theyd have 5 stars but punctuality is important, especially when I specifically make appointments to avoid these issues.
