I brought in my One Health summary sheets (which lists ALL my medications/current health issues, recent test results and surgeries) to make THEIR job easier and to save time for everyone. I was taken back SUPER quick but they told me they "didnt have time" to even glance at my sheets. I saw a nurse practitioner who essentially passed it all off to my primary care physician who was not in the office on a Sunday night. She then told me they treat "urgent" conditions ONLY and that mine was chronic which it WAS NOT. So I guess if you have what they classify as an "urgent" condition such as the common cold, this is the place to go but if you have bilateral lower extremity swelling (which could easily turn into a cardiac problem) after working a long sedentary shift, wait for your primary care physician to open his office whenever that might be. I did not receive "First Care" at this facility.
