The center opens at 8am and I felt sick all night so I arrived at 7:45a so I would hopefully be seen faster once they open. I waited until 11:39p to speak to someone after checking-in as a walk in and then I was given an appointment card for 2:30p and I left. I cooled off in the library and came back at 1:12 p and sat down to wait to be called. 2:30p came and I was not called, then 2:45 and eventually 3:05p when I got up to ask what was going on and they told me I missed my appointment. I told them I was right here and never heard my name called but she said it was my fault for not giving the appointment card to the lady at the front desk when I arrived back. I was never notified of this, in fact the lady nearly couldnt find a card and she was just going to let me go after I texted myself a reminder on my smartphone. I requested PTO off today because I am seriously sick and now its too late in the day to be seen anywhere. The lady, and I use this term loosely, at the front desk said she might schedule me in 3 weeks from now?! Bottom line, my day was completely wasted and I feel sicker than this morning. Dont recommend. Very rude front receptionist. ***This is the only day within the month I can request off, and now theres no way to receive timely treatment.

Have a horrible ear ache called and had to leave a message which made me nervous at first but they called back quick i actually missed the call called left another message and they called back very quickly and got me set up the same day but to arrive 20 minutes early which i did my nurse was great and my Doctor who saw me was great she came in immediately and was sweet and non intimidating I was in and out of there within an hour thats including getting my prescription how much you pay goes off income as well so 30k a year was 45 bucks for appointment if you dont have insurance. Id definitely come back staff was super friendly and helpful as well.

The health providers, nurses, advanced practice nurses, and doctors are wonderful, competent, and leave you feeling cared for. The staff can sometimes come across as stereotypical government workers- rude, short tempered, and sometimes hostile. Presently, they seem to be caught up in the insurance problem our nation faces, and so it hard to tell who they will treat and who they wont. After being a patient for 9 years, I am told that they will not see me again because I have insurance- $6500 deductible and only 50% pay afterward - too expensive to use. So thanks Obamacare you have degraded my health care.

What type of medical center has a call daily appointment setting..or a come sit and wait to see if you get to see the doctor... I mean really... how is this place even up and running for the better of the people... doubtful.. receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all and they always seem to be booked for that month and when u ask to schedule for the next month they say oh well we only do 30 days out youll just have to call back daily.... what kind of crap is that...I have called several times to get appointments and it gets me nowhere.... waste of time and government money this program is...

We went to get our daughters shot records from the government form to the Tennessee State form. We dropped everything off and called several times, left messages no response back. We followed up this week and the staff were awfull, rude, disrespectful. They said my daughter needed shots wouldnt listen to us when we explained that her shot serious requires a booster at 12 months. The response was "we just put it in the system she needs more shots". Today we were again treated horribly. Avoid at all costs

Staff was very friendly And the nurses and Dr were even more so. I havent felt better in Years . I also like tht they are prompt about calling with test results ! Over all great experience.
