My wife and I just moved to the area. She needed a new primary care physician since her previous one was over an hour away. To save time and be in the Tennova system (since we live in Clarksville) she decided to go here. The wait time was over an hour. Once she was able to see the doctor he was very rude to her due to the medicine she was currently prescribed. She was discriminated against because of this. She has insurance, proof of medicine prescribed from the previous physician, and yet you do not care? He refused to prescribe her medicine. I would not recommend this place. This has put a burden on my wife now. This is will be reported on other sites as well. You lost three potential patients and we do not have faith in the Tennova system as of now.

Very unprofessional place. Waited for over a week for an appointment just for Dr. Heath to cancel at the last minutes. They did not tell me he would not be in until 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, whereas I was already almost there. The lady at the front desk that called me was EXTREMELY rude (as she always is) when I explained to her I really needed this appointment she told me I was more than welcome to wait in their office tomorrow and Dr. Heath might get around to seeing me. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. Ill be switching my primary care provider ASAP.

Will not go back. I was told if I didnt want to deal with allergies to move to a desert. Thats all the help I got from the Dr. Heath. I had to pay $185 for that bit of advice. It is a joke to call what I received from this office healthcare. Luckily I went to another doctor who prescribed a nasal spray and some antibiotics for a sinus infection. I would tell people to skip this office and go somewhere the doctor cares.

I read reviews before making our appointment and decided to make my own decisions. Turned in new patient paperwork a day early so that everything would be ready, and we showed up early. We were seen about 20 minutes after appointment time and were able to get everything done that we needed. The office staff was friendly. The nurses were nice. Dr. Heath was personable and thorough. We will be returning as needed.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Staff is rude, your wait time is ridiculous, when you have an appointment you are NEVER seen when your appointment time is, you have to call for your own results on things, no one knows what the next is doing. Did I mention the staff is RUDE?! A group of high schoolers could run an office in the same manner, if not better.

Great experience every time Ive been there. Sara Wedge was terrific and Dr. Heath has been terrific also. Always seen within 5 minutes of my appointment. Pleasant staff. Absolutely NO complaints! All are very accommodating.
