Really? Indian Ridge. I just made a call to you guys to see if you would do billing for one of my Dogs that has some kind of injury to his hind quarter. I dont know if it is his back, leg, or knee. We have taken many of our Dogs and cats there for over the last 15 years, paid them cash for every visit. I am on a monthly income and ask the receptionist if I could bring my little dog over to be examined, and the receptionist informed me that we do not do billing now. Well, this concludes my decision about the caring"YEA" wonderful Indian Ridge. We have spend alot of money here. And for the veterinarian by the the name of Dr. Tim, cant remember his last name. He is a real rip off. Last year about the same month of September 2015, My Daughter had a cat that had 4 kittens, the mother was part manx had one kitten, age 4 monts with no nub for a tail. I was always told, and had a friend that had a kitten born without a nub for a tail, that these kittens will not survive due to the fact that the kittens need a nub to help them with their bowel movements. Also I read about these no tail kittens, the information on the internet stated that part of the vertebrae hasnt developed. My kitten was foaming at the mouth, which was a seizure, and he had rectum prolapse when I rushed him over to Indian Ridge to have him put down so he wouldnt suffer. While I and my little Grey/white tuxedo kitten,"TommyBoy" waited for Dr. Tim to tell me that having TB euthanize, not that I wanted that, because the whole family loved him. Our family felt that this was the best humane decision. But not for Dr. Tim. He insisted that with $150.00 cash deposit 1st! That he could keep TommyBoy overnight and treat him, giving us hope that he may live. He kept him overnight, not sure if TommyBoy still continued having seizures and confusions, plus the pain that he was in. Then around 8am the next morning, Indian Ridge called and said that they had to put him down. Now, How mean is that? Guess what, He got his $150.00 and put the kitten to sleep after all. That was why I took him to there the day I wanted him to be put out of pain and suffering. If that is thinking of an animals pain, disease , and prognosis instead of worrying about getting $150.00 up front, then I will never go there again. I would of given him the $150.00 to euthanize him then, than him lying and giving us hope. So now they dont want to help us out when we have been through all of this, and would pay then on the 1st of the month. Go figure! Very disappointed! Would not give a star, but it has no option for no stars!

my family have been loyal to this facility my entire life. we have taken our pets here for 27 years. the past 5 years I have grown increasingly dissatisfied with the service. The staff is unconcerned, dismissive, they take their sweet time and when i ask them to update my pets info, they SAY they will and that they did do so, but they dont! I am so sick of this. Today i sat in the waiting room with my dog, who possibly could have a fast acting fatal issue (bloat) ... i wasnt sure thats what she had but the possibility shouldve made them show some urgency. I sat there for an hour and a half. both front and back waiting areas filled and emptied twice before i was brought to a room. there, i waited another 1/2 hr to be seen. the vet took 2 hrs trying to determine what was wrong. said she could find nothing wrong. she didnt know what was wrong with my dog. and my dog is still in pain. I am beyond disgusted with this facility. I have given them years of loyal service. given chance after chance. Im done. I was going to get my dog fixed there next month but after this i dont want them touching my pets again.

These have to be the rudest people at this place I have ever talked to, I call to ask a question about their pricing and the woman was so brash she hung up on me right in the middle of a sentence, I call back to ask her why she hung up on me but when she heard my voice she put over on hold and never did come back. I wish I had read these reviews before I called! I WOULD PAY TWICE AS MUCH AT ANOTHER PLACE THEN TO BE TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT AT THIS PLACE and to all you rude girls that sit up front and answer phones, WHAT YOU DO IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE YOU ARE NO MORE THEN A TELEMARKETERS IN MY OPINION, SO I THINK YOU NEED TO BE NICER TO YOUR SERPERIORS OR GO BACK TO MCDONALDS!!!!!!!

Over the last year all staff including veterinarians and especially receptionists have been consistently rude every single visit. I will be standing at the desk for long periods of time and the young receptionists will be having conversations with each other or texting and pay no attention to customers. After my dog receives vaccinations, the staff act like its asking too much for me to get a print out of what they did to my pet. I have more discontentment with this place but after this long and no change whatsoever, Im simply taking my business elsewhere and you will too if you value being treated in any civil manner with any courteousness and have sincere concern for your pet.

Ive had 4 dogs at this clinic and have had great experiences each time. The dogs have been seen by Dr. Buddy and Dr. Vaughan. The staff has been pleasant and helpful. Sometimes you have to wait for them to address your need because, unlike most vets, this hosptipal will see your animal without an appointmant if you arrive before 4. So the staff is always busy .I have used this emergency service on 2 occasions and I was grateful to be seen and didnt wait any where as long as I thought I would. Very caring vets that take their time and are knowledable. One of my dogs is very fearful but no problem here. I only wish they were closer!

Ive been coming here for a long time and Ive had no problems. Is there a wait? Yes. But thats what happens when you have walk-ins. If youre too irresponsible to schedule ahead of time, expect to wait like everyone else. The staff arent rude. They just arent there for conversation. There are tons of people and theyre focused on sick animals and not hearing about your trip to Hawaii. The prices are very reasonable for proper treatment. Ive paid more at other vets just to have my pets misdiagnosed or to be overcharged. The people here are always very generous and helpful. Ive seen no money-grabbing.

Great Vet and willing to work with you and go the extra mile. They are truly caring and compassionate and want to make sure you are happy and that your furry friends are in the best hands possible. The staff is very nice and willing to answer questions. They stock products my other vet did not and dont push products on you that your pet doesnt need. The facility is nice with multiple exam rooms. They have both schedule and walk in type appointments. Obviously, if you are walk in, they will get you when they can. They are willing to help and stay quite busy. Glad these guys are around.
