At last I find exactly what Im looking for in a vet clinic...compassion, empathy, the ability to run labs in house and flexible hours. Im so happy at this site. There is a separate entrance for cats and dogs and the people are very kind. While we were waiting we met a couple from GA, that drove in and spent the night in a hotel, just to bring their dog to this vet. The prices are more reasonable than the vet I came from and all the test results I had was immediate unlike my last vet which used UT and waited for days. This increased cost and the expectation was for us to run our dogs urine sample to UT as they didnt have a courier. So grateful those days are behind me. Its like night and day comparing the previous vet to this one. Keep up the great work!

Thanks so much to Dr. Hackett for repairing Gibsons "cherry eye." The little guy is now doing great. The eye looks so much better. It was a real pleasure to meet Dr. Hackett. He patiently explained all the options for Gibson and immediately scheduled Gibson for his surgery. If Gibson could talk, he would give a rousing endorsement for the care he got at Pellissippi Veterinary Hospital. Thank you Dr. Hackett.

We was able to get an ecxotic appointment quick, within couple days. The office girls was nice. It is a small comfy place. They make you and your per feel welcome. Dr.Hall was nice and caring to out animals. He answered all our questions. The prices here are moderate. The prices are not as expensive compared to most ecxotic pets. Will be back.

I have a bearded dragon who has yellow fungus and Dr. Hall has been helping us with treatment. He has gone above and beyond for my dragon! Also, the bird in the waiting room is a big plus. It doesnt like my lizard though, it just yells at it. If you have an exotic, go to Dr. Hall for sure!

Ive taken my guinea pig here twice, and both times they were wonderful! The first time my guinea pig had issues with sneezing, and the second time, my guinea pig scratched his eye.. He was given medicine and quickly recovered both times. My guinea pig will be three years old in March.

We took one of our Bearded Dragons in for a check up and Dr Hall was gentle and easy with him even though he was feisty at some points. He asked all the proper questions on his care and diet and the price was cheaper then everyone else in the area.

Brought our Lovebird to Dr. Hall. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain and answer questions we had. Checkup was reasonably priced and respected our wishes regarding what we did and didnt want him to do with nails/beak/wings.

Ive taken both my leopard gecko and my bearded dragons here. The office staff were great. The exotic pets vet was so friendly and very helpful in getting my leopard gecko to feel better. I highly recommend this place!
