Dr. Jeanne Travis and her staff at Abbotts Bridge Animal Hospital truly care about my dog Diesel. Diesel recently had a small scratch on one of his corneas and another veterinarian in Johns Creek had mis-diagnosed Diesels eye issue and her treatment had made it worse. :( When I brought Diesel to Dr. Travis to get a second opinion she was able to properly diagnose and treat Diesels eye issue which resulted in less pain and discomfort for Diesel and his cornea scratch healed up nicely and he was back in good health within 10 days of our initial visit. Another intangible that impressed me about her practice is the follow up after your pets visit. Diesel had a routine rabies vaccine two days ago. Wouldnt you know one of the staff members called me the next day to check to see how Diesel was doing. I believe this "above and beyond approach" to veterinary medicine will propel Dr. Traviss practice to the next level. If youre looking for a good vet for your pet that you can trust I would recommend you schedule a visit for your pet with Dr. Travis. Thanks Dr. Travis for what you do for my dog Diesel. :)

I have taken several foster kittens/cats and one of my own cats to Abbotts Bridge for both medical issues and grooming. Ive found Dr. Travis and the staff to be knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient. Dr. Travis genuinely loves cats, which is not a given with a vet. She has been great about taking the time to explain the animals issue and her diagnostic and treatment plan, and Ive never felt rushed out the door so the staff can get to the next customer. The clinics prices are very competitive, particularly considering the level of care. I was very pleased with the grooming as well as the medical care. My long-haired cat had to be sedated to be clipped for a lion cut, and Dr. Travis and the staff were very responsive to my concerns about her sensitivity to certain types of sedatives. She recovered very easily, the cut was very well done and thorough, and I will be taking her back next week for another one.

Dr. Jeanne Travis has treated our 5 cats (including the mother cat) since they were young/kittens, for over 15 years, and we have followed her faithfully through their medical care, from their first spaying and neutering until their adult years with diabetes to colitis to thyroid disease, etc. Dr. Travis is as solid as they come, and her staff are extremely competent, too, with great service from Stephanie, Mary, Melissa, and other staff members. We appreciate that when Ive had to leave a voice mail in the evening hours, that I receive a return call bright and early the next morning to assist us, and when the need has been urgent, an appointment is made or Dr. Travis and her staff are able to fit us in on the same day. My husband and I are truly grateful for Dr. Travis and her staff.

Dr. Jeanne Travis and her staff at Abbotts Bridge Animal Hospital are amazing. Each time I have visited, I am greeted with a big welcome, never have to wait for an appointment, have plenty of time for my pets needs to be addressed and leave with a very reasonable bill for service. Above all, Dr. Travis is the very best. She is compassionate, incredibly experienced and cares so very much about MY animal! She is laser focused on the issues and I know I have a complete diagnosis of a problem. She is practical and is also cognitive to expenses, what works, what might not work so well. She gives me options and we talk through it. I wouldnt take my pets to anyone else! Great experience - each time!

After hearing wonderful things about Dr. Travis, Leah and Stephanie from a fellow animal foster, I moved my animals to Abbotts Bridge Animal Hospital and Ive been very happy with this practice. Dr. Travis is very intelligent and experienced. She is always looking up the most current research and she stays on top of practice information. Best of all, she educates the pet owner very well. It makes a huge difference in understanding and following advice when you know the why and how. Vet techs Leah and Stephanie are terrific. I really enjoy seeing all these ladies (and my cats like them, too!).

Dr. Travis is the best! I will always use Dr. Travis as long as she is practicing and Mary is always friendly and very helpful with my pets and treats them like her own. I never worry about my pets while they are at Abbots Bridge animal hospital. They do an amazing job and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for veterinary care. The facility is always very clean and the staff is friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful. Im always happy with the services they provide. Plus my pets love going to this veterinary hospital, so I know that are treated very well!

I have four small dogs (Japanese Chins) and have been seeing Dr. Travis since the first ones basic puppy exam. Over the past 7+ years, she has been our primary Dr. for everything from basic annual exams, spaying/neutering, dental, orthopedic problems, general sickness, and one being treated for heart disease. Dr. Travis and her staff have always been thorough, caring, and knowledgable in their treatment, and good in taking the time to explain and discuss any issue/treatment. I fully recommend here and Abbotts Bridge Animal Hospital.

Value Care is a really nice place to take your pet for their health care needs. The staff will send a postcard reminder for the need of updating vaccinations and visits. I appreciate their capable , considerate care of my dog and take the time to answer questions regarding my dogs health and explain options for any treatment she needs. Also they will follow up with a call if your pet has surgery to see how they are doing, any concerns etc. I appreciate that extra service. I would highly recommend them for your pets too!

We originally came to this clinic following our Veterinarian. She no longer works here, so we were hesitant...changing doctors can be a big deal. However, I am very pleased to say that Dr Michael Wanchick was more than capable, he was very thorough and caring. You can easily see how he is genuinely concerned with animal welfare. We will definitely be happy patients with him as our Doctor. Mary, the Vet Tech/Front Desk/do everything girl is fantastic! She will take care of you and your pets as thought they are her own.

My little friend of 16 years is probably in her final days but the staff at Abbotts Bridge has been very accommodating of my endless questions, did a consult with my old vet from when Snuggles was a puppy, has provided reliable, sound treatment and is keeping hope alive for just a little while longer. Precious days and nights with Snuggles. The only reason I dont give them five stars is that DR Jeannie has not waved her magic stethoscope over Snuggles and made her a young girl again. I cant really fault her for that.
