Lindsay Evans Mitchell has to be the most unprofessional individual I have the misfortune to meet. August 2016 I had the misfortune to be forced to meet this individual and experience first hand her Abusive, Destructive ways. She should not be a professional dealing with anyone who is experiencing any kind of mental issues as she has not got a professional bone in her body. She is a demeaning, abusive individual who blatantly cares about nothing more than MONEY. While "treating me" she used threatening tactics to enforce her position and if you dare go against her wishes she is very quick to let you know she is in charge and you had better do exactly what she wants you to do or you will face the consequences of her rage. The facility appears to host other DR. who either fear this individual or believe her behavior towards her patients is appropriate and acceptable. I am actively seeking others who have had the misfortune to experience this facility and Lindsay Mitchell who would love to bring a class action Lawsuit against both the facility and Lindsay. She cannot get away with treating people the way she treated me and this facility should be closed down or be forced to change the way things are allowed to be done there.

This place is the worst inpatient behavioral health center I have ever encountered (and I have encountered many over the years as my child is repeat attempter of suicide). The call center, front desk, nurses, and doctors were all very rude, unprofessional, and lack any sense of compassion for those who are clearly struggling with emotional pain. The front desk put me on hold for over 30 minutes because they did not want to answer my questions regarding their discharge procedures. Also, they have very poor communication (no patient code given, no discharge instructions, no timeline for release, and the like) and refused to speak to me regarding my daughters release even though my name was on the release of information. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone who is truly in need of psychiatric care. They are a sham and offer no good benefits to the mental health community other than an acting as a temporary confinement facility.

Ive never experienced more incompetence and rudeness from a "professional" and "legitimate" facility before in my life. I dont recommend you ever, EVER, check yourself or a loved one into this unbelievably disgusting and condescending place. I was treated with enormous disrespect and was excessive neglected and barely made it past the waiting room. If anything at all, the only effect that TriStars Skyline psychiatric has had on me is an extremely negative increase in my already fragile mental state, along with the discomfort that this place even exists with a claim to "offer help" to anyone. I cannot stress it enough, do not come to Skyline.

Three times I went there. Still have nightmares Im back in there. I was treated like an animal listed as suicidal when I only had breakdowns an was no harm to myself or others. Treatment mall is a joke an only aggravated me the staff an docs are rude. The only thing it did was make me appreciate my sanity. Kept waiting all night not even let sleep when I arrived made to go downstairs forced off the medicine that actually helped me an here I am another breakdown an wont even call a crisis line cause I refuse to be held in a place worse than prison

They are incredibly rude to patients and "professionals" making fun of patients is not a good thing. I experienced a disgusting room and someone deficated all over the sheets and no one changed them, but they did clean the sink. They would not tell me anything about what was going on and I was completely in the dark when it came to anything to do with my mental state. The psychiatrist was not willing to talk or help me with any of my problems or concerns. someone should have deficated on the entire place thats what it deserves.

I have been to skyline Madison 2 times for trying to kill myself and this place only made things worse both times. All they do is talk about religion when if you just tried to kill yourself isnt something you really want shuved into your face. Some people dont want to hear about it cause it is not important to them. And the rule no touching is kinda stupid if you are OK with the person touching you. I mean what if you just need a hug at that moment?? Does no one care about comforting others??

This has to be the worst facility in the known universe. My wife was a patient and was treated with total disrespect. She had super high blood pressure and was ignored to the point of her collapse on the floor. She was put in the infirmary and all they did was let her lay in bed with no medicine and never took her blood pressure once knowing she had high blood pressure. THEY NEED TO BE SUED AND SHUTDOWN!!!!

Super upset with this hospital. I have not been able to reach my mother since Friday because someone from this hospital didnt give the referring hospital a patient code for me to know she is even alive! There should be a lawsuit filed for both hospitals. Im sick. They are both caused emotional stress to me carrying her two grandchildren as well as causing her other daughters and grandchildren pain.

The place was nasty. The "treatment mall" was just more of a babysitting area. For the price paid I expected much more. I wonder what the relapse rate is for patients released from here?
