Dr. Lucas and her entire staff at Blue Oasis Pet Hospital in Mt Juliet is the best vet my dogs have ever known! She was able to effectively treat an obnoxious itching problem for my dogs in which other vets were all unsuccessful. I have 2 lapdogs that require extra TLC. 1 is a rescue dog and he was very skiddish w/ other vets. Dr. Noel Lucas won him over w/ patience, gentleness, and understanding. He now delights when he sees her. The other is 1 yr old and has non-stop energy. She wont sit still for me ever, lol. I was amazed to see how Dr. Lucas soothing voice and expert dog psychology awareness puts Daisy into a state of tranquility w/ ease. What really helps alot is the fact that you are allowed to stay with your pet during any exam or procedure. They are thrilled to allow you full access to their state of the art facility and explain all aspects of treatment. Nothing is "behind closed doors". They also seem to specialize in small pets of any variety. I am eternally grateful to her and her staff for finding a loving home for 2 adorable guinea pigs I had rescued and in desperate need of a home.

Props to Dr. Lucas and all of her staff at the Blue Oasis Pet Hospital in Mt. Juliet! My youngest cat, Bindi, was suddenly sick with a pretty high fever yesterday and we called Blue Oasis to see about getting her in. They didnt have any regular appointment openings but told us to bring her in and they would work us in. We were able to get into a room right away. Dr. Lucas came in shortly after that and got to work on our sweet, Bindi. Always a wealth of information and such a wonderful, fun bedside manner, Dr. Lucas was able to put our minds at rest about the gravity of the situation. A couple of injections to help and some meds to take home and we were good to go! Bindi is so much better today. I am so glad we didnt wait and got her in yesterday. We were prepared to have to wait but really didnt have much of a wait at all. As always, the staff was top notch, very professional and personable. We are so fortunate to have someone of Dr. Lucas caliber in the Mt. Juliet area now. We have complete confidence in Dr. Lucas and her staff and would recommend them to anyone.

We recently took our Jack Russell here for the first time for a check-up and bloodwork. He had been acting indifferent lately and not wanting to go outside for his daily walk so we decided to have him checked out. Our experience with this vet was not the best. From scheduling the appointment, to the wait time once we arrived, to being moved from one room to another because they forgot to clean it, to the very small amount of time we saw Dr. Lucas - less than 10 minutes - it left a bad impression. Sure, the location is good and convenient but the service is simply below our standards. We were asking a few questions about his weight, body temp, etc. at the front during checkout and were abruptly told it should be in his chart and they would have to go find it. Also, we were reminded 3 times we were the last patient of the day and they were about to close. It seems to be more about the $$$ here instead of care for the animal and customer service. Thankfully, there are many other vets in the area.

Wed recently moved and needed a new vet for our precious fur babies. We chose Dr. Lucas because of all the many outstanding reviews shed received, both for her practice and for her warmth and kindness . We couldnt be more thrilled with Dr. Lucas and all the staff at Blue Oasis. The office and exam rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the staff is so kind and clearly love their jobs, and weve never experienced a long wait or outrageous price. With 4 pets total, and two who are medically-needy, we spend a lot of time at Blue Oasis, and always look forward to our visits. Dr. Lucas clearly loves all the pets she treats, is extremely knowledgable, and practices based on current research and evidence. There is not a doubt in our minds that when we take our "kids" to Dr. Lucas they are receiving the highest quality care. If we ever move again we will travel as long as it takes to keep coming back to Blue Oasis!

Put simply, Dr. Lucas at Blue Oasis is the best Vet I have experienced in the 28 years of having dogs in my family. What stood out: 1.) First, Dr. Lucas is very well educated, but comes across approachable and down to earth (literally getting down on the floor to do a full physical exam of our two dogs). She even taught me how to express my Labradoodles anal glands...which is a big deal for anyone with a dog that has this issue :-) 2.) We were with our dogs the entire time and even went back to what is regularly regarded as a "staff only" area in other Vet clinics/hospitals for our dogs blood work and vaccines. 3.) Finally, price matters and Blue Oasis was a full $200 less than last years check-up in Cincinnati, OH. There was no surprise at the end of the exam as cost estimates were shared along the way.

Dr. Lucas, Leticia, and team were amazing--our cat needed some major dental work done; we were nervous as our cat had not responded well to vet visits in the past. The Blue Oasis team treated our cat like a member of their own family, and treated my wife and I like partners in the process. At each point, we were educated about all options, medications, procedures, and the cost of what was being done. I cant say enough. They took something that we had been dreading and turned it into a great experience for us, and most importantly our cat. We had the same great experiences at BO with our dog, as well. Mostly for routine visits. I always feel that Dr. Lucas and the BO staff always have my pets best interests at heart. hats off to the Blue Oasis team! I cant recommend them enough.

We absolutely love Dr. Noel Lucas and Blue Oasis. When we had to leave our long-time beloved vet when we moved to Tennessee we were dreading having to find a new vet we could really trust. We have four dogs and give them the absolute best care and ordinary, run of the mill vets simply will not do for us. We feel absolutely blessed that we found Dr. Lucas on the first try simply because she was relatively close to where we live when we had a time-sensitive need just after moving in. She is caring, professional, knowledgeable and flexible - all of which were very important to us. She is willing to allow us to be as proactive and involved as we like to be. We highly recommend Blue Oasis to anyone who truly loves their pet and wants the absolute best care for them.

Dr. Noelle Lucas is the absolute most caring professional veterinarian we have ever come across. She is the ONLY vet who I will take my cats to. She single-handedly saved my beloved kitty Mewfer when she was diagnosed with a rare disease. She researched tirelessly for up to date information and made the process of rehabilitating a very sick cat back to thriving health - with an eye to cost effectiveness and concern. Mewfie lived another 8 years due to her exceptional and thorough care. If you love your pets like family, as we do - she is the vet to call. We love Dr. Lucas and would follow her anywhere for our pet care!!
