I absolutely love this place. My dog is 12 years old and we have moved several times over those 12 years, which means we have gone to several different vets. A friend referred me to Family & Friends when we moved to Madison, and I am now a lifelong customer. Dr. Maloney is just awesome. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, and he is very patient. He has suggested certain meds for my dog that have helped her so much. He takes his time, and you can tell he truly cares for the animals and their well being. Also, he doesnt encourage unnecessary tests to run up a high bill. Their prices are very reasonable. I have never left a vets office feeling so satisfied and comfortable as I do every time I leave their office. The staff is so friendly and helpful and its obvious they are very knowledgeable with treating the animals as well. I am so glad to have them treating my baby. :)

Just took my 9yr old German Shepherd/ Chow mix in for an emergency issue with her bottom. Dr. Maloney and his staff were very knowledgeable, eager to assist in whatever way possible, and most importantly helped comfort my baby girl during her stressful visit. I am beyond satisfied with the treatment plan and glad I chose them today. Great for emergency visits (scheduled, seen, and treated all in the same day). Dakota (my canine child) is a handful and hard to handle sometimes due to over excitement; however the staff instantly handled her excitement and calmed her. I dont think I will ever go anywhere else! Thanks guys ♡

Dr. Maloney and Leanne (and Penny) are awesome! They took care of our two cats when one of them was having matted fur issues, and they discussed with us on why the issues are occurring and how to prevent further issues. Dr. Maloney spent time with us and our pets, and we couldnt have asked for a better experience. I have had cats for years and have lived in 4 different states, and with each move we have to find a new veterinarian - the thing is, I have never been upset about leaving the other vets when we have moved. That is the difference with F&F Vet Care; we dont ever want to leave them.

We take our Italian Greyhounds to Dr. Maloney. He and his staff are some of the most caring people Ive ever met and treat our babies wonderfully. We recently had to put down our 16 year old, and they were so gentle and kind during the whole process. I hope we never move because I would hate leaving Family & Friends!
