Hello - This is Don Shelton and I am so Pleased I have found a Dentist Office and Dentist I can call "My Dentist"! We started off rocky with another Dentist in the office but I am so glad I stuck in there and tried them a second time. First off the dentist I had a rocky time with is no longer there and now that I have met and used Dr. Matic I am so pleased, she and her staff are so great, especially Angela. Her and Dr. Matic work together as one. Angela knows the dentist so well the she is one step ahead of Her and knows what the Dentist needs right away, almost as if she she could read her mind, completely blew me away! I have decided to use them for some Major work that I have been holding off until I fond "My Dentist" and I have. The Front Staff is always sharp, friendly and very professional. Did I say they also have a smile on and very funny and always laughing. The make you feel like your part of the family. If your looking for a friendly confident dentist office then come on in and see for your self you definitely will not be disappointed. Dom

Family Dental Associates is the greatest dentist office I have ever encountered. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and have since I was a child, due to a terrible orthodontist scaring me from ever wanting to visit the dentist regularly. Dr. Matic and her entire staff are the kindest, most compassionate, gentle, caring people you will ever meet. They understood my fears and made me feel so special and that they truly cared. Everything was great, treatment was awesome, never any discomfort. And their office does not have that "dentist office smell" which I associate to traumatic visits in my childhood. If you are searching for a new dentist or are new to the area and need someone to take care of your dental needs, this is the place to call. I recommend them regularly to every single person I know when they are looking for a dentist. My whole family loves the staff at Family Dental Associates!

I cant recommend Family Dental enough! A few years ago, I had a very traumatic experience at a different dentist office and was poisoned with mercury. When I woke up the courage to see a dentist again, I found Dr. Matic- and I am so glad I did! She actually noticed in my X-rays that the mercury hadnt even been completely removed. I was so anxious but she calmed my fears, followed the correct protocol, and truly went out of her way to make the removal stress-free! She really cares about her patients as does her entire staff. Best dentist office in town!

I have always had GREAT experiences with ALL the staff at Family Dental Associates. Just reached my 2 years with them. They sure picked the correct name for there practice because you are treated like FAMILY all the time. From the moment you enter the door to the moment you exit. Any staff member will help you with any concerns you may have and I really dont know how to praise them all anymore then to review their all terrific!! They work as a team and always have your best interest in mind. Love you ladies and will see you in 6 months :)

First let me say I have a fear of dentists, but family dental has always made me feel at ease. Ive been at family dental now for six years, and the service, care, conduct, and professionalism have always been superb. The staff is and has always been top notch. I truly feel like they care and have nothing but your best interest in the forefront. Great, caring, professional people that I trust completely! Thumbs up to Dr. Matic and Melissa and staff for the outstanding job and care they have provided in the last 6 years. THANK YOU!!

I have been going to Family Dental Associates for many, many years. The whole office staff is amazing. I have never been a fan of going to the Dentist; however, they always put me at ease and now I do not mind going at all. My daughter, husband, and I go there. My daughter is 14 and she has been going there since she was 3 or 4 years old. Our whole family loves the office and we will never go anywhere else. If you are a weenie like me, ask for the free gas and they will be happy to oblige. :)

As a long time dental hygienist I showed up for my first appointment not letting the practice know what I do for a living. I wanted to be treated as an every day new patient. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough and professional and friendly the staff was. Erica is a fantastic hygienist who took care to monitor my elevated BP and no one tried to sell unnecessary dental treatment. The trust is immediately built. I recommend this practice for your short term and long term dental care.

Great Team!!! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. You are more than just a number. They have always went out of their way. I had changed insurance this time, and went a little early before my visit to let them know. Come to find out they had proactively found out my new insurance and had it in the system. I have been to other dentist offices where they always seem to "push" a product or service.... not here. They only do what is needed. Very Very impressed.

I called them as a new patient for a severe toothache and was offered an appointment the very same day. They performed the work that I needed and referred me to a specialist for additional work. The office staff, hygienists and dentist were all extremely nice,courteous and professional. They did a great job without causing me too much pain. Overall, this was by far my best dentists visit experience. I highly recommend them as your primary care dentist.

You will never find a more friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this practice for any and all of your dental care. This is the best place to get any dental work done. I highly recommend. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Matic and her dental technicians are extremely patient and always make sure it is a painfree experience. I have never had any issues with the dental work done or had any billing/insurance issues. From beginning to end, they make my every visit top notch.

Cancelled our appointments an hour before we were scheduled. Tried to get us in the next day instead but people cant just take time off of work with zero notice like that. Then they said to wait for a phone call as they were trying to get a backup Dr to come in. So we waited and no phone call... Very unprofessional and we lost money due to taking time off from work for nothing

Love this office!! I feel like part of the family when Im seen for my appointments! I was offered an appointment the same day and was brought back before I ever sat down in the waiting room!! If you want a dentist office where youre absolutely confident the staff and dentist truly care about your dental needs and concerns this is the place! Theyre amazing!
