I have had no issues with my teeth my entire life. I went in for my first visit and annual cleaning back in 2012. They said I had a cracked tooth and would need a crown. After cleaning up the tooth for the crown I ended up needing a root canal. After that was all complete I had nothing but issues with that tooth. It irritated me all the time. I really regretted letting them mess with it. I went in for my bi annual cleanings and each time I complained about that tooth. Each time they said it looked fine. Well fast forward to yesterday. 6 checkup/cleanings later and many complaints about that tooth I relocate to another city. I went in for my bi-annual cleaning. I complain again about that tooth and my new Dentist notices that my gums are irritated all around that crown. I am having an allergic reaction to the metal in the crown. Also that there was a root that was missed (had 4 roots instead of 3) during the root canal and there is a small abscess now at the end of that root. Now I have to pay for another crown (one without metal), as well as a trip to the specialist to fix the botched root canal. Not a happy camper and just glad I have insurance and a healthy savings account so I can afford to have this done. Not something I was budgeting for during our move. Another thing is I went in and signed a release form so that my new dentist could have access to my X-rays. When they called for them they were told I needed a release signed. I immediately called them and straighten that out however after two weeks they still did not send the X-rays so my new dentist needed to do them to be able to complete my exam. Lucky for me they did not charge me for them. I think they took pity on me after knowing what Im going to have to go through the next couple of months to get this all fixed. Not only that I have to take a full day off work. Add another $160 loss to that. Grrrrr!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!! Other than that the girl that used to do my cleanings was awesome and their facility has allot of state of the art equipment. Thats the only reason for a two stars. Merry Xmas.

This establishment overcharged me $350 upon my first visit. They had my insurance card in-hand, but chose to disregard the PPO rates and my patient responsibility rates and bill what they "felt" like? Still not sure how this happened! Long story short, once I received the statement of payments from the insurance company, I realized the office had overcharged me $350. HOWEVER, after two months of ATTEMPTS, I still HAVE NOT received the credit back to my card; Diane, the office manager, informed me today that, once they receive the last payment from the insurance company, they will reimburse my credit card. When I told her that was unacceptable because its been two months and I should not have been billed the amount in the first place (and if their office had done their "JOB" and contacted the insurance company in the first place, they would not have OVERCHARGED me), she actually HUNG UP ON ME. Wow, now thats juvenile. I wish them well, but with terrible service like that.... PS - I still have not gotten my credit applied back to my card, but did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau; I was not surprised to see that I was not the first! Look them up - this establishment has a "D" rating with the BBB. If I do not receive my credit by the end of next week, I will be contacting the law office of a dear friend. THIS IS BLATANT INSURANCE FRAUD and the staff at this office could not care less!!!

This is an update on my very bad experience, this was the worst experience ever. They told me my daughter needed extensive dental work done. I brought her in to get one tooth looked at. I ended up paying for xrays, a cleaning and a checkup with the dentist. No dentist ever consulted with my 15 year-old daughter or myself. I did speak to a very rude hygienist who really got on to me about my daughters brushing habits, not a word about the bad cavity that she had, the reason we were there. I payed 273.00 for nothing. They gave me a print out of all the cavities my daughter supposedly had. Around 3,000.00 worth. I went to two other dentists, one turned out to be great. The bad cavity cost 160.00 to fill and today she had a cleaning and exrays, no cavities at all. Today for the cleaning a xrays it was 137.00. This is not my first complaint, this office had a chance to say that they were Sorry, seriously the least that they could do. But instead April their mouth piece made it clear that this office is not customer friendly, she was extremely rude, told me I did get something for my money, right, something that I didnt ask for. Yet they didnt do what was necessary. So the vision statement is all just to pull you in, for your money. Go to another dentist, plenty out there who will be honest and do a good job. This isnt the place.

I have had numerous procedures done at Advanced Dental Concepts. I was urged to remove my old silver fillings and replace them. Then had a problem with one of the fillings. Had a root canal done incorrectly that left me with major complications and surgery not to mention the amount of money I have had to spend. The infection ate away the bone in my jaw and I have to have a bone graft. I ran out of dental insurance due to the complications and had to cover the work totally out of pocket. I have to spend $3,000 for an implant that would not be necessary had the work been done correctly. I understand that people can make mistakes but I expected that their mistake would be rectified by them covering the cost of fixing it, not me. Would go there for cleanings and routine fillings but not for more advanced dental work.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I went to Advanced Dental Concepts to get a Chipped Tooth repaired. Dr Ed had Repaired it Previously. Wait out front, not that long, 15-20 minutes. However, after I went in the back, they took unneeded X-Rays (Because it was very obvious what needed to be done!!) however, got to get that extra money! After he came in and took a look @ the tooth, Both him and his assistant left the room and never came back to check on me for 45 minutes. If you have any Anxiety about going to the dentist, go elsewhere! After 45 minutes, the assistant came back in and said she would go try to find Dr. Ed. I waited 15 more minutes, no one came. So I got up and left. Do not believe all the comforting things they advertise to make you feel more @ ease, its not True. Hope this helps someone.

Great office! Office is very clean and staff was very courteous. Ive never had anything but good things to say. Staff was very knowledgeable about explaining my insurance coverage to me and answering all of my questions. Also, while the waiting area is nice and kid friendly, Ive never spent much time there. Its refreshing to have a doctor appointment that is on time and you dont have to wait in the waiting room for what feels like forever. Lastly, Dr. Forrest was perfect for my daughters first ever dental visit. My daughter left there with a smile on her face and remains excited about returning to the dentist every 6 months. Highly Recommend!
