My 10 am appointment turned into a 10:30 (or whenever they get to it) time frame. I had been bragging to my husband how great they were on the way in. I was checked in at about 9:50 (early) and waited until 10:20 to ask when my 10:00 appointment was going to start for myself and my son. The person at the front desk was confused about maybe not checking us in then found she had and went to look into it. She came back and said it would be about 5-10 more minutes. This messed up my schedule and when I mentioned it, she said it was because of another patient that gave her issues. When I asked for a manager she said it was three children who were scared to get in the chair and wanted to know how I would feel if my son was scared of the dentist, I let her know he is scared but he sits in the chair and gets his teeth cleaned. Neither of them seemed to have the same excuse for why they didnt get me and my child in on time or even close to on time. Personally I dont go to this place for how other children feel about their experiences. I have no regard for others who cant handle getting their dental work done and I most certainly dont care to have a "manager" telling me why she couldnt be timely. I needed to leave because I have a schedule to keep. I asked if they can get me in tomorrow morning, and I dont care who they bump back for me since they dont care that I was bumped back for someone else. The manager said she would not do that an I can come in at 12:30 the next day. Unfortunately, I have a life of scheduling and that will not fit into my pre-existing schedule. Basically, they have a "screw you" attitude towards their patients. I couldnt even get online to contact them! It seems they dont want to hear from you because they know its going to be a complaint about their practice. I am waiting on another manager to call me, however, seeing their previous service, I wont get a call from her either. SHOCKED! Now I need to find another dentist.

Avoid this place like a plague. They greet you in nicely, say great things but its a total sham to loot you. The Dental Hygienists run this place . They sell you expensive Deep Cleaning and refuse regular cleaning. Here is my experience.. The Dental Hygienist Michelle examined and took xrays. Then the Hygienist goes to Dr.Kim , makes her say that i need deep cleaning. The front desk runs my insurance and tells me that i need to pay over 500$ for first sitting and another 500$ for second sitting which is ridiculously expensive even with insurance. Then another Dr. came to examine my teeth, she seemed nice lady, explaining me things, tried to get me regular cleaning but the Hygienist comes back and insists that I need deep cleaning etc,. So the Dental Hygienist talks over the Dentist and tried to sell me expensive treatment? Its clear that the Dental Hygienists gets some commission for selling me expensive deep cleaning, refused to do regular cleaning. They can get away saying that well we examined your teeth, you need deep clean, not regular cleaning. But the fact that the REAL dentist want to give me regular cleaning and the Hygienist who isnt even a doctor, talks over? I went to see another Dentist for 2nd opinion who by the way is Real doc (dental), not the dental Hygienist, didnt recommend deep cleaning at all. You have been warned, be cautious if they sell you deep cleaning, better get 2nd opinion. Also know that most Dentists in Dallas area are dishonest and try to sell you expensive deep cleaning to loot more money. Insurance pays just 100$ or so for regular cleaning while they can get 2000$ for deep cleaning. I heard similar experiences from several friends who moved to Dallas area recently.

I have gone to 6 day dental for about 9 years. I used to go to a location that was in Frisco. I would always recommend this place to anybody I knew. Now that i went to the Allen location is has all gone down hill and cost me thousands of dollars. I recently had a root canal and a cavity filled here a little over a year ago. The root canal was done wrong and my mouth has hurt ever since I had the work done. When I called up they said the pain would go away. It never did. I decided that my loyalty could only go so far and had to try another doctor. After going to 2 other doctors to get a second and third review I found out that they root canal they did was not properly done and I now had to pay to get the tooth removed and a bone graph done to get an implant. I also found out that the cavity they did was not done properly. They did not get it all out and sealed it up within the tooth so now this cheap little cavity fix is needing a root canal. So after insurance I spent $1,350 on these 2 teeth and between all the work done and the implant at another doctor I will be spending another $4,300. all because simple procedures were not done correctly. They also did another root canal which the new doctor has not even looked at yet which could end up being the same thing with the quality of work 6 day dental has shown. I would highly recommend going somewhere else and do not waste your money here as it could possibly cost you more over all just like it did me. Such a shame after I have given many thousands here between me and my family and almost 10 years of loyalty.

I am incredibly infuriated with the service I received at 6 Day Dental in Allen. Not only have I been a loyal customer for 10 years to 6 Day at the Flower Mound office despite all of my issues I had I decided to stay until today. They just didnt lose one loyal customer they lost my whole family of 4 due to the fact of how disposable they made me feel. I always have appointments on Saturdays since I work for the Military and I am constantly travelling during the week. This office not only cancelled my appointment without informing me, they claimed they called and left a message to confirm WHICH THEY DID NOT!!! I travelled 40 minutes to that office and then 90 minutes back home to not even get attended!!! All the office had to say is sorry for travelling here and that is it! At least in the Flower Mound office when they did something awful to me they had the decensy to make me feel like Im a valuable customer. This office despite the fact that you have been coming here for 10 years can careless about you and the visit you had scheduled. So I want to thank you for easily disposing a customer who had been coming here for 10 years because you will NEVER receive my time nor money EVER AGAIN! Not to mention my Father, my Mother, and my Sisters time. Good luck to everyone else, the longer you stay with them the less they will care about you!

Reasons I have been dissatisfied with my service 1. They do not warrant or guarantee any of their work besides fillings and crowns. I paid for a night guard and the dentist drilled a spot on it for fit. After having it for only 4 months, the mouth guard cracked in half starting at the spot where the dentist drilled. 6 Day has refused to refund or replace the night guard despite telling me that night guards last around 10 years. 2. My filling done here fell out within a year and had to be redone. 3. Someone misread my chart and said I needed x-rays. I did not need x-rays and insurance billed me for unnecessary x-rays that werent covered under my plan. 4. No matter how full or busy, I was always taken back around 30 minutes after my appointment time. I one time waited for an hour. 5. They switched me dentists multiple times - it didnt seem like any of their dentists stayed for long. 6. They inundate you with phone calls and email. It is not unusual to confirm once by email and twice by phone before they stop contacting you. 7. One time my cleaning took over an hour because the dentist would sit down to start examining my teeth and then go attend to someone else before she would finish. This happened twice and it was clear I was not the focus of her attention.
