I came in to Allen Dentistry for a toothache. They were able to get me an appointment same day (thank goodness!) and the staff member that answered the phone was very friendly. When I came in for the appointment, I was very pleased. The waiting room was welcoming and clean and a kids movie was playing on a tv (glad to see a kid-friendly environment!). The staff was pleasant as expected from the phone call. The exam was focused exactly on my issue as I had mentioned when scheduled the appointment and I didnt have to explain again why I was there. Thankfully they kept good notes from the call! Doctor Nylander saw me quickly and was able to easily and accurately diagnose my issue as well as tell me my bad habits from looking at the teeth (namely grinding...). He took good care to explain the issues I was facing as well as answer all my questions. He was very friendly and professional. Ive had experiences with dentists in the past where I receive frequent lectures about what I should be doing to care for my teeth and gums, finger wagging included. Refreshingly enough, I didnt receive any of this lecturing and the doctor just simply gave me next steps to get my mouth back to a favorable condition. Assuring me that any of my problems could be easily solved with some TLC. I dont have dental insurance, but they do offer discounts and easy self-pay options that make procedures and appointment more affordable. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at Allen Dentistry. 5/5. I will be back! Once I can get insurance for my family, we will all be coming to Allen Dentistry. Thank you everyone that was working there today!

I have gone to Allen Dentistry for a few years now. I have found the entire staff to be wonderful from the techs who handle cleanings, to the receptionist, and of course Dr. Nylander. Dr. Nylander takes the time to explain procedures and how to address trouble spots etc. He was incredibly helpful when I had a visit due to unexplained tooth pain and he gave me direction to fix the problem. I was worried I needed some kind of invasive procedure and he showed me a simple way to fix and treat the problem at no cost. I followed direction and no more problems. I never need to worry about up selling etc. Dr. Nylander is a man of integrity and it shows in how he runs his practice. Dr. Nylander runs his practice like an old time doctor, not like a modern turnstile operation. He is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely concerned about the health of his patients. I highly recommend Allen Dentistry and Dr. Nylander.

I love this office and Dr. Nylander! I had a rough start after not having been to the dentist in years and they were patient and understanding. I had to have a root canal and had some complications. I didnt feel like they were looking to make money, they were honest and did everything possible to keep me comfortable during my services. I hate the dentist and I suffer anxiety from it, but they have made my visits a lot easier! Rosie, the front desk receptionist is wonderful! She worked out all my insurance infi and worked with me on payment. I have never had a better experience. I have been there for a year now. If you want an honest dentist and a friendly staff, Allen dentistry is the one!

I was fortunate to have some dental work performed by Dr. Nylander. He listens to his patients needs and is honest in his work and business - a rare trait! Hes really good at his craft - both as an artist and as a technician. I didnt really think of dentists as being artists until I had him do some of my restorations! Other dentists dont compare. Dr. Nylander offered me affordable care with various treatment and payment options. He was honestly trying to help me out - he wasnt racking up charges like some other dental corps do. He gave me the best care at the best price. I highly recommend him!

I have being going to Allen Dentistry since they first opened. I have been to many different dentists, for many different procedures, over many, many years, and had many different experiences, some good and some bad. However, I can truthfully say that Dr. Nylander is by far my favorite dentist!! I am so grateful to have found him. He is a very professional and extremely knowledgeable dentist. This was my first appointment and I was very pleased with the professionlism of all the staff.I appreciated the recommendation about caring for a few teeth that needed a little more care when brushing and flossing. Dr. gave his suggestions for what I needed to do and said overall my mouth looked good. His suggestions were really confirmation based on issues I felt I had anyway.

I had a wonderful dentist who knew us by name, and not just another patient of his. After moving to the Allen area, I tried several dentists before finding Allen Dentistry. Debbie greets us by name, Dr. Nylander is honest and patient. My cleanings are always thorough. Dr. Nylander does a great job with my kids as well. Im so glad that I found Allen Dentistry!

I took my 5yr old twin boys there for their first visit and they loved the experience and the dentist especially. I was scared they would have been scared to go but once we got there the staff and also the dentist were lovely. They were friendly to our one-year-old son, which made us feel welcome. Dr. Nylander was great - informative, friendly and professional. I am more than happy with my care.

Got in quickly for tooth pain-dr Nylander solved the problem without making me wait for another appointment. Lost the tooth but was painless-important for white knuckle patient. Professional and friendly office. No dental insurance so had researched variety of dentists savings plan and signed up for theirs. Good experience.

I took my granddaughter here because she broke her front tooth in half. It has been a few years and the repair of her tooth has held up perfectly and we still cant tell which tooth was broken because Dr. Nylander did a phenomenal job! My husband and I are patients of Allen Dentistry and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Just moved to Allen recently and got a terrible tooth ache on a Sunday night. They got me in as soon as they could Monday and I had my procedure to take away the pain Tuesday morning. Everyone was sweet and Dr. Nylanders #1 concern was my comfort and fixing what was wrong. Im glad I am making this my permanent dentist.

Best dentist office!!! They got my daughter in for an emergency and we were in and out and all fixed up! The dentist and the assistant were extra attentive to my scared daughter and explained what was going on in the best way to clam her and Mommys nerves! We will always use this office! Highly recommend!
