We had a very good experience with Brittany Peterson, but another reviewer says she left the practice so I wont bump up for her. The office is a complete mess. 1) You can walk in and sit there for 15 minutes before someone notices youre there even though theres a bit sign that says "DONT TAP ON GLASS" so youre forbidden from getting their attention while they ignore the waiting room. 2) I called one evening to set up an appointment for the morning because I had been feeling sicker and sicker for quite a few days in a row. The next morning I finally turned the corner and cancelled the appointment (left a message). They sent me a $35 bill for "less than 24-hour cancellation" even though I booked the appointment less than 24-hours in advance. This wasnt SO unreasonable but I decided to go ahead and ask about it since it seemed out of the spirit of the thing. Also, they have no option to pay online so I had to call them anyway or else mail a check / credit card information which is totally stupid. Oh my goodness. Three or four times I called and / or left a message and they always said "Well call you back today or tomorrow." Never do they call me back. Theyre constantly out of the office not answering the phone. Right now Im getting a busy / disconnected signal and dont even have the option to leave a voicemail (not that theyd return it anyway). Its just so outrageously dysfunctional Im ready to just pay the bill to make the letters stop coming but even that is a huge pain and I dare not try to mail back payment because I have no confidence that itll ever be processed correctly. All I can say is, Dr. Aldrich may be a great doctor, but she needs to clean house on her office staff if she wants her practice not to be a constant source of frustration for patients.

Well, I loved Brittany Peterson, however, she has left the practice. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Aldrich and Tess, the YOUNG lady "helping" me, interrupted me when I was speaking and did not have any sort of phone manners. She also instructed me to call the pharmacy instead of requesting my prescription refill through her. I am hoping Dr. Aldrich will be easier to work with.

Dr Aldrige is very friendly and attentive. She is thorough and wants to fin the right solution for the patients ailment. However, I have never waited less than 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. Also, I was charged like 60 bucks for a flu shot she convinced me to get ( I didnt want). Overall Ok office
