I called schedule an appointment and gave my insurance information over the phone so it could be verified. I filled out all the new patient forms. I had an 830 in the morning appointment which I got there on time and waited. Only to be told that they cannot except my specific kind of insurance which is United Healthcare compass plan. I had one window to get in and get what I needed done. As I explained this there was no offer to still be seen or any option other than a "doctor across the street might be able to see you."

I have been going to Dr. Childress for several years. The entire staff is awesome, very professional and helpful. Whatever issue I come in for gets resolved when I go in. The wait times are very reasonable and you dont feel rushed once Dr. Childress comes in to see you.
