I had went to get my sunglasses turned into my regular eye glasses and they told me it takes 7-10 business day. Its been about that time so I called in to check in on things. I was on hold for 20mims, turns out my glasses came in the day before and they had to send them back due to wrong prescription being done on them. I understand mistakes happen, but not to get a call back about what was the status and update on my glasses was just upsetting and also the long hold as well. I am starting to really wish I had took my business else where.
