This review is regarding their GROOMING SERVICES ONLY: Very disappointed in their Grooming services. After having my pet get regularly groomed with another groomer for two years, I brought my pet here for service. During the first visit, the groomer advised that my 9 pound pet was unwilling to allow anyone to touch her so they recommended medication to calm her. I purchased the medication and made a second appointment. During the second visit, I delivered a sedated 9 pound pet in the morning and later received a similar call stating that my pet was still uncooperative and lunging. This time, they offered full sedation service in order to proceed with a GROOMING. Definitely NOT NECESSARY. Again, VERY DISSAPOINTED. Im awarding 1 star because they were courteous. On the Hospital side, Im very pleased with their services thus far and how courteous they are.

We have been taking our dogs to Animal Hospital of Frisco for years now. The staff and doctors are always so friendly and helpful and have taken wonderful care of our family members. We have had emergencies, the sad days of having to put down a dog and now the joy of two new puppies. When we had to say goodbye to our dear Lady they allowed us to gather the family around her while they gave her the shot, watched us cry and gave us time to sit with her. Then a few days later we received a sympathy card in the mail. The same when it was Zoes time. When we got our two new pups we knew we would take them to the same people that had cared so much for our previous dogs. Cant imagine trusting anyone else.

I had tried two other vets in the area and these guys are by far the BEST! I had come because one of my girls foot started to bleed after a wound (from another vet who had to do a procedure on her) opened up. This was the last vet in the area nearby and they rocked! Mainly because I had the feeling they were not trying to nickle and dime me - they actually didnt charge me a penny! The wound apparently was not that bad. Anyway, they have me as a customer for life!

Dr Larry Montz is a wonderful, professional and compassionate Vet. This is our second set of dogs that he is carrying for. After so many years, good and bad times, we trust him unconditionally. Many human doctors could learn from him how to treat patients . And so is the whole Staff. If your pet is family member and you want exceptional care for them, this is where you want to take them!

This is the best vet in Collin County! Staff is very friendly and service is fast and affordable. They always have the best interest of my Linus-Bernard. I knew from the first visit that this was a our new area vet. (My previous vet retired). Definite recommend this practice, they have been exceptional to me and my french bulldog.

I started taking my animals to them in 2006, theyre honest, friendly, and you can tell theyre good to the animals by the fact that our dog now never wants to leave after being boarded! Fair in pricing, kind and empathetic when dealing with a loved pet who is sick, we now live in Aubrey but still drive all the way in!!

The Doctors and staff at the Animal Hospital of Frisco are simply the best! They provided quality and compassionate care for my sick dog on a recent trip to Texas. My dog Bandit stayed for two nights and I could hardly get him out the door when it was time to leave! The entire experience was exceptional!
