They were very nice and professional. They worked around my schedule to get me in when I could make it. Paula in reception was very friendly and played with my dog. She advised me of all the discounts going on to help me save money. The vet gave me more help and information than my last vet. He told me how I could help my dog lose weight and diagnosed pain my dog was having from age and weight. He also found a growth in his gums and gave his recommendations. I felt no pressure. Also, my dog needed bordetella and was very agitated when the vet attempted to give it through the nose. So the vet decided to give it by injection. My dog became very calm and I didnt even see him react to the shot. My last vet always gave it throught the nose and it always irritated my dog. This vet didnt want to give any unneeded stress to my dog. I was in and out under an hour. Ill be going back for my dogs teeth cleaning.

I will never step foot into this establishment again. It is obvious that the vet is outdated and antiquated. She is quick to inform you how long she has been practicing medicine however that isnt a good thing if you havent kept up with the times. We took our dog to a different vet who confirmed that Dr. Houck didnt know what she was talking about. I had more expertise about my dogs breed than she did, which is scary. Dr. Houck also insulted my breeder, however she did not know my breeder is one of the top breeders in the nation, with the her work at Eukanuba and Westminster to back it up. My new vet confirmed what my breeder told me and turns out they were correct. My dog is now flourishing at my new vet. She has extensive expertise with my dogs breed and I feel confident in her abilities, which is more than I can say for Dr. Houck.

I really enjoy going to Paw Prints. I love the staff as they are so friendly. Everyone is professional but even more they seem to love what they do and have a passion for animals. The clinic is nice and clean. Everyone is so sweet to my dog. Dr. Houck always discuses the different options I have for treating the issues my dog is experiencing. She knows Im on a tight budget and I always feel like she takes things one step at a time. She does not just jump in and demand that I do all of these costly procedures or vaccines, which makes me trust her even more with my dog. I always feel welcomed and my pet cared for when I get to go take my sweet Sue Bear to see everyone at Paw Prints.

Doctor Houck and the staff are amazing. I have 2 Great Danes and they are a handful sometimes. I think Doctor Houck and her staff are the Dane whisperers because when my rowdy boys go in there they let Doc and staff do whatever they need to do with no problem. They give the boys lots of love and attention. They thoroughly explain what the problem is, what I need to do to take care of them at home and take the time to answer any questions I have. They also always do a check up call to make sure the boys are doing well. Im so grateful to have found the right place to take the boys where I know I can trust everyone that works there. Dr. Houck, You and your team are greatly appreciated!

If I could give no stars I would. Dr. Houck didnt even come into the room to see my dog. I went back because he was freaked out by the needle. I went back to calm him down and Dr. Houck wasnt even petting or trying to talk to him to make him more comfortable. He was fine with the tech and was just scared with the constraint. Dr. Houck never came back in to even talk to me about the reason I was there. The tech was the only one who helped me. She was angry the entire time. She tried to listen to his chest but couldnt. She didnt wait until he was calm to try again. After that I never saw her again. I was syill chsrged her fee to see her. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.

Love Dr. Houck and her staff. We have 3 Italian Greyhounds and they normally are not a big fan of going to a vet office, but Sweet Pea loves Dr. Jen! Her little tails starts going 90 to nothing when the Doc says hi to her! From their yearly examines, issues that come with aging pets and one injury the care we’ve received has been excellent. The team is passionate about the care of our pets. I feel listened to and leave understanding what I need to do to keep my girls in optimum health. I’m so happy with our decision to change vets; this was a great for our little pack. Thank you Paw Prints!!

Dr. Houch is the best Veterinarian Ive ever had. She is so kind and caring. She helped me through a difficult time when I lost my older Schnauzer. Dr. Houch couldnt have been more gracious, even grieving with me over the loss of my beloved dog. My other Schnauzer, Jake loves coming to see her and his tail wags happily the whole time hes in her office. I know she adores him. I would very highly recommend her clinic to anyone who is looking for a great Veterinarian. Her staff is also exceptional. I couldnt be happier with Dr. Houch and plan to bring Jake to her forever.

I love this vet! They take very good care of my dogs. They really do love pets. Its a friendly, down to earth atmosphere. Dr. Stillie is a great doctor...my dogs love him. One day I had an important question and I called the vet but the doctor wasnt in...he called me personally to answer my question and to check up on my dogs. Debbie at the front desk is very friendly and she always plays with them they are very much into my dogs needs. I totally recommend this place!

Dr. Houk and her staff are incredibly caring and attentive to you and your pets needs. I have all three of my dogs seen in her clinic and I have boarded there as well. I feel my dogs are safe and well cared for when there. Go see the staff at Paw Prints Pet Clinic where you wont feel like another faceless nobody or number who is shuffled in and out as quick as possible.

No one can convince me that this clinic is not the best around for a puppies care. Our 15 yr. old Dachshund started having heart trouble. Dr. Jen knew exactly what to do and she is doing wonderful now. We take all of our puppies there and have had great results. A loving a caring staff to support a fantastic vet Dr. Jen. Thank you

This is one of the best vet offices I have ever been to. The staff is always very nice and helpful, and the vets are great! They always seem to look after the best interest of my pets. I have been going here for over 4 years and I trust them very much! Give them a try and I promise you wont ever have to look for another vet.
