Dr. Espana has been a Godsend, truly. I am a first time mommy and originally started taking my daughter to Texas Children’s Pediatrics. However, when she got sick, I tried to bring her in and they said they would not accept walk-ins for babies under 3 months. We would have to make an appointment. How ridiculous is that?!? I knew right then that we needed to find someone better and Dr. Espana is definitely the one! I called Concierge Pediatrics at 8am and they set up a time to see us at 11am. I came in, filled out paperwork and immediately we were taken in the back and seen. Dr. Espana spent so much time with us, looking over Scarlett, talking with me, watching how she fed, and answering any questions I had. It was wonderful. After spending an hour with us, she was confident in her diagnosis and put together a plan for Scarlett’s care. (Did I mention that while this was going on her wonderful assistant called my insurance to find out if the medicine she wanted for my daughter was covered by my insurance? Talk about customer service!!!) I left her office feeling confident we would have everything Scarlett would need to get better. When I went to pick up her prescription, I noticed that the directions on the label for the medication were not the same as the directions I received from Dr. Espana. So, I texted a picture of the label (that’s right folks, I texted her doctor!) and Dr. Espana immediately responded saying there must have been a mix up at the pharmacy and that she would call them herself to straighten it out, and that’s exactly what happened. Since our first appointment, Dr. Espana has texted me several different times to check in and see how Scarlett is doing. She is very committed to her patients and their parents and I couldn’t ask for a better healthcare provider for my child. I will definitely be bringing Scarlett (and any other children I might have) to her for the foreseeable future.

Dr Espana is our Ped for our preemi daughter. We chose this service because with a preemi, there are always sudden surprises and challenges and hence direct access to the Ped is always preferrable. Every penny is worth with our association with Dr. Espana. She takes time to understand the problem, takes all efforts to get an effective solution and extremely responsive to phone calls and texts anytime round the clock. We highly recommend Dr. Espana for her wonderful service.

Dr. Espana and Dr. Arnals type of practice is quite different to the typical pediatrician consults that weve had experienced in the US. During consults Dr. Espana takes care of our little ones spending the right amount time and the proper dedication. She has avoid us the unnecessary attendance to urgent cares since she personally reply our messages/calls, when our kiddos are sick. I truly recommend them to other parents, its definitely worth it!

First week in and we absolutely are in love with Concierge Pediatrics of Houston and Dr. Espana. As first time parents, we couldnt ask for a better option of 24/7 care should our baby need such. Highly recommended for first time or parents with their third child as the office caters to your schedule and needs. The ability to reach out to Dr. E at anytime is a life savor. Cant say enough about this group!

Excellent service! I contacted Dr. Espana on a Saturday and she was immediately available. She cleared up my first mommy doubts and made me feel so much better!
