I have been going to Dr.Zucconi since I was a child. Now my son is a patient of his. I love Dr. Zucconi. However, his receptionist are far from helpful. I contacted his office at 9am regarding a document I needed from their office which previously I was able to have faxed however, today they were unable to do that. I was told by Stefanie that it needed to be picked up in the office and they closed at 5pm. I left my job early to get to their office before they closed and even gave a courtesy call to let them know I was on they way to pick up the document to be told by Stefanie that It needed to be picked up tomorrow and they were headed out @ 4:38pm. After I explained to her that I needed to get the document today and I would be there before 5pm she proceeded to say that well the nurse wasnt there and there was no one available to sign it. Frustrated, I arrive at his office at 4:50pm to see the office locked and the nurse who supposedly was gone for the day in the office. Instead of completing request from your patients you were more worried about going home early, there is never anything wrong with that but make sure your work is complete before leaving because now I have to be late to work to return to your office in the morning for something that could have been completed the day before .

He had been my childrens pediatrician from the time they were born until the age of 4 and had been great. But Im VERY upset on how he has changed! I never expected to be treated rude by his front desk who has an attitude for anyone and everyone but that is the least of things. I recently went back to him in which my daughter is now 11 and his perverted ass made a comment on my childs upper body! Not just "oh she is big now and developed"... No like a sick pervert in which he mentioned on how "he liked her shirt and how well she filled it with her breast!" It made her feel so embarrassed as soon as he finished that she covered her self. Mind you it wasnt a strap or tight shirt. It was a minion kids shirt that had nothing provocative about it! And of course made me so angry that i cursed him out and he had the audacity to tell me i was over reacting! I let him know he was lucky Im pregnant because i was so close to punching him in his filthy perverted mouth! Did complained to the Dr. Association to make it clear that nothing was funny or ok with him saying anything like that! People change so be aware and focus on who you let around your children at any age... The devil never rest and uses the least expected people to do harm!

My daughter has been going to Dr. Zucconi since my daughter was born, she will be with them for four years come November 30, 2016. Dr. Zucconi does NOT sugar coat anything and will make sure that the message concerning your childs well being is the best interest! I love him for being honest and his sense of humor is corky. His staff are amazing and two that are veterans know my daughter by first name and treats her age appropriately. The only minus is that sometimes his schedule is super packed and makes it hard to make appointments when needed. It does get crowded quick, I would advise calling early morning and setting early morning appointments as well.

Our babies first Appointment was for 1:30 pm. Didnt get seen until 2:30. Then left us waiting in the room until 3:30. Just so they can tell us that the doctor isnt in and a nurse practitioner will be seeing us. Just so she could spend 5 min with him and then done. HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE STAFF

Dr. Zucconi is an exellent Dr., however he is limited to appointments and good staff. I have been going there for six years and every time his staff switches, they have horrible customer service. I am going to miss him, but I can no longer deal with his rude staff.

Had to drive to the office to make an appointment because no one was answering the phones. I had been calling for a week! Wait times are horrible. Dr. Z is great, but he definitely needs to do something with his staff.

Great doctor super honest person ever. His been my son doctor sin August 2008 i would not change him for no body else And with my eyes close will bring him my next child

He has been my daughters doctor for over 14 years , very nice, just be prepared to wait very crowded I say make the app as early as you can and not during lunch!
