By far the worst experience I have ever had. Most of the staff there is just collecting a paycheck it is NOT about the children to them. I wasnt checked in for 45 minutes after I showed up, which old have marked me late on their policies they only allow you to be late 2-3 times before they take action. So my first visit ever I would have already been marked late when I was actually way early. I wasnt handed any paper work to fill out until an hour after I had already been there. They kept calling my child by a completely different name. They held on to my driver licence and information for over an hour before I asked them how long it takes to make a copy and to go make a copy and give me my stuff back. All the while they were laughing at me and making a mockery of me because theyre too incompetent to perform their job properly. Once I was finally called back, about an hour and a half after I arrived for my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, they had no idea why my daughter was even scheduled to come in. They only heard one thing when I told them the symptoms and kept asking me the same questions over and over again. They never checked her vitals like her temp or anything. Then they stuck me in a room for another hour before I was seen by the WRONG DOCTOR!!!! I had later found out that Dr. Ortega was never in the office that day to begin with so whoever scheduled my appointment did not listen to my instructions to schedule with him for that day specifically. I was given Dr. Ortegas information from my daughters insurance, which is why I called to book with him and no one else!! After numerous times of asking when my daughter was going to be seen because I didnt know what her oxygen level was at because I had already been there for HOURS being completely disrespected and treated like trash, they threatened to call security on me as they raised their noses to me as if they were better than me. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to make an appointment and specifically request Dr. Ortega which I did!!! Dont talk to me and treat me as if I am some low piece of poop person like youre better than me. HAD NO GENERAL CONCERN FOR MY CHILD, THEY LAUGH AT YOU AND MOCK YOU AS IF YOU ARE A PIECE OF SCUM AND A WASTE OF THEIR TIME. IT IS NOT AT ALL ABOUT THE CHILDREN HERE. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!!! YOU WILL NOT GET THE BEST CARE POSSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILD HERE!! PS I never make reviews so this should day how outrageously inappropriate and unprofessional that this practice is. I was there a total of 4 hours before my daughter was finally seen and treated. Also this was my first time in this office.

My nephew has been coming here since birth(he is eight months now) and EVERY visit we experience an issue. They cant find our appointment, they DONT SEE "global alert" on his profile, it takes forever to squeeze in a appointment when he gets sick, the "professionalism" these girls display... The list goes on and on. They will argue, deny and raise their voice when they are in the wrong. Despite having an appointment, they will usher in people that have just walked in the door and push you back. Just yesterday the girls behind the desk were caught giggling and gossiping about the patients waiting to be seen. There is an air of narcissism about the staff and Doctor Ortega refuses to address the issues brought to him. If your staff cant get it together, good luck holding on to your base. Word of mouth is a POWERFUL thing. We will be seeing another pediatrician from here on out. If youre looking for quality healthcare, dont stop here!!!

Im sitting here waiting to see the doctor my appointment was at 1:30 I got here at 1:10 the girl that got my kids weight didnt even know whos kids she called in she seem not to know what shes doing.. Anyways its 2:20 I go ask why we havent been called in and they say the doctor is not back from lunch.. I just dont get why schedule people for appointments if hes not here!! Worst place ever the girls always have an attitude!! I need to find another doctor!! Also when I called to make the appointment I called at 6:55 I was told to call back at 7 because they open at 7 so I called back at 7 and they tell me call back in another 15 minutes because they have to open the lines really unprofessional!! I wish I could just walk out right now but my kids are sick. I wish I could give it 0 stars!!

If you are able to wait 2 1/2 -3 hours for your sick child to be seen then please make an appointment here. This is the perfect doctor for you if you dont mind being placed in the room and waiting another hour just for the doc to see you. And when the doc finally comes to check your child they rush out the room as if your concern is not a big deal. Horrible place. Find another doctor for your child.

My son has been a patient of this practice since he was born and I can not be more thankful with all the staff there. Yes we are humans and yes we all have those bad days thankfully I have always been treated nicely and my son has a good doctor who found a little murmur on his heart and is now being treated for it.

Even though some are paediatrics , I always have to argue with them to get an appointment the same day even on walk ins!! Pediatricians are always suppose to be available for the children who they have as their pcp! Ridiculous been told a sick child has to wait a day or daysss to be seen

Worest place ever staff is very rude and apparently work with out knowing what there doing. I had all my kids there extept for my new born witch i have at a texas childrens clinic on 610 nothing compeard to dr.ortegas clinic. Im changing all my kids to the other pediatrician

Every time I take my kids I see a different doctor . I only seen Dr.Cesar ortega once. Theyre all good doctors,but they are assigned to ortega ,why do they keep seeing all these doctors . I feel like they dont know my kids at all .
