Criminals. That is the only word that properly describes this business and the people that work here. I spent almost $500 dollars on glasses that were made to the wrong prescription and they cut the bolts on the frames so that the lenses cannot be removed so the glasses are junk. They are rimless Tag Heuer glasses and are very expensive that cannot be repaired due to their ineptness. I should have known when I called them to see if my glasses were ready and that they told me that there was a problem with my glasses and that is why they were late in delivering them. They told me that their vendor screwed up. I trusted them to fix it the problem. I went to pick up my glasses I told them that they felt funny and I couldnt see well and they told me that they are new and my eyes need to adjust. I retrospect I know that they are criminals that colluded with their vendor to push their mistake onto me. Do not use this business they are crooks.

Ive gone to a few optometrists in Houston over the past few years. I just went there for my 2nd eye exam. The prescription is good, and the staff is really friendly.
