My 19 year old daughter went in with severe pain on the right side of her head and swollen temple, she was in a car accident a few months ago and had a concussion and black eye but they did do her a head scan then either. Well since the accident shes been having blurred vision and severe headaches and yesterday she was in so much pain and noticed a ball on her temple so she went to the emergency room sat there forever for them to only give her something for pain like they do every patient and told her follow up with your doctor. She is still in pain and her doctor doesnt have the equipment to do a head scan so what good is it. I think you should do your jobs and stop charging people to sit in your waiting room for hours and it takes you a few minutes to send them home with a pain pill. Thats my daughters car and they want to send her home with a prescription but wont do a head scan.

The worst hospital experience ever. They dragged their feet giving my mother care. They never gave her an MRI and CAT Scan which was a rushed order from her Dr. Every hour was an excuse even 24 hrs after being there that they are backed up (really?). I told them upon admitting her that Im staying the night. They placed order for a guest bed I never received and I slept in a chair. It was the slowest process Ive ever seen. My moms cancer was spreading and needed to see where to. I dont think the staff communicated effectively when leaving shift and didnt do job well. Ive lived in other states and nothing like this ever occur.

This is the Worst Hospital I have ever Encountered. I havs a 7 month Pregnant Daughter in law . Whos been there sense 3am this morning. And has yet to see a DOCTOR ARE NURSE. THEY put her in a room and havent been back to check on her. 15 mins ago the pain has gotten so BAD THAT SHE HAD TO GET UP AND GO SEE IF ANYONE WAS AROUND. some one was in the hall. She explained everything to. And the lady THEY checked her in walked by as she was explaining and said in going On BREAK!! Not to mention the person in the next room comes out and Say shut UP with all that noise. So thats how much pain shes in.

My experience at this hospital was the worse. I spent the entire day. They have several resident doctors and nurse trainees. I had a nurse that took my blood and apparently she did not know what she was doing. She stuck the needle deep in my arm twice and I was bruised and sore. The attending doctor did not show up but once and stuck his head in the door of the room with an update and never returned. I went to the restroom while waiting and it was nasty and filthy. There was water standing on the floor. I would not recommend.

Worst experience ever. My mom was severely anemic and they had her waiting in the ER for over 5 hours with shortness of breath and no Dr. to even check up on her the entire time. She was at this facility for over 24 hrs. and they didnt feed her or giver her anything to drink. I cannot believe that service is this terrible. This experience has made me hate hospitals.

This hospital has terrible billing service that is fraudulent. I was a worker that got injured in a needle stick injury on the job. After they stated they would take care of me without cost, they sent me a bill and stated they expected me to pay everything and then sent my bill to a debt collector. Someone needs to shut these people down and learn this is illegal.

Quality care is the worst. My grandmother was taken to the hospital and she was dead by the time we left. Her condition got worse as she stayed longer in the hospital. We also saw a student under a clinical instructor.The clinical instructor here are the worst possible. Rude, scary and do not care about student learning.

Was told the wait was 9 hours , had to walk 10mins just to get to the emergency room Someones life is on the line waiting isnt an option horrible service pearland hospital act on sight , immediately took the room and got help

Waiting is acceptable due to the number of people waiting and the people there were kind of rude. Needs more seating place but other then that probably one of the best ER Ive been to
