0 ⭐️ I highly recommend this place if you like throw your $ away and have your insurance billed for unnecessary procedures and walk out worse than when you walked in. I went in for a severe RA Flare up that double the daily dose of meds were not even tickling the pain I was having. I needed some type of relief like Ive needed in those rare occasions. They start by doing blood work? Its a flare-up you can see swelling on my hand and wrist not too sure what blood work was needed for. I pre-warn the nurse that she will not get blood from my left arm and everyone uses my right arm. She proceeds to jam a needle in my left arm and then acts surprise when she is not getting any blood. Im not a professional and I dont know how to do her job but I do know my body and she should of take that into consideration. She claimed to put and IV line which I never received any type of fluids in, Im in Tears and ask I can get something to not rid the pain but make it tolerable, she said NO!!! A steroid that was again just jammed into the line made my body jerk and feel like thousands of needles were prickling my whole body from the top of my head to the bottom of my feet. I ask her is this normal and she tells me let me ask the Dr. 15 minutes later a nurse comes by and ask if adverse reactions are gone.. Ehhh yes its been that long.... Nurses move over to my right arm because now its two of them 1 puts the needle in messes with it and cant get it ask the other one do you want to give it a try? Now both arms are hurting, & I now have Embarrassing bruises on both arms. Walked out with steroids that I already have at home and ibuprofen which I could had bout a bottle at Walmart. Walked out in more pain than when I walked in. I can only compare to the other 11 years of RA and I think by now I know what the norm is but apparently the ER Doctor and nurses from this morning dont. Well depends what Dr and the staff available. Ive been here before had a different positive experience. Do you want to take that chance?

I took my wife cause its right by the house and convenient. But we arrive and sign in with a computer and never spoke to any one in person. No calling us back, are you fine, everything ok. And had to go to First Choice, and come to find out my wife had SHINGLES and in really bad stage. So STAY AWAY from this clinic, bad service and you could see the people in the back fooling around. And further more an employee in scrubs comes in and try to get back inside and is yelling for someone to let her inside and that went on for awhile. If you want to die of an illness thats the place to go.

Dr. Wagner or Weiner is a racist and rude and disrespectful, he answered none of my questions regarding my childrens injuries. The whole place is so unprofessional, the nurses are arguing and falling over each other. I live in Fallcreek and this is the closest ER to our home. Parents please dont take youre children here, we went to Memorial Herman Summerwood and they are 100% professional there. Please beware. Hope I saved alot of people a bad experience by my honest review.

Unless youre dying avoid at all costs. I went for two cuts on my hands that I couldnt get to stop bleeding, they did X-rays, soaked my hands in iodine and glue them shut, and I received a Tetnis shot, my total bill was $5800! Even after insurance it cost me $1000! The doctor walked in, said "yep those need stitches" and walked out and he billed me over $1700. Separately from the hospital bill of over $4100.

My son injured himself and was in need of stitches, after waiting two hours at another ER, and being told we would be there many more hours before being seen. A friend suggested this medical center. I am amazed at how kind, and personable they are. They brought smiles to everyones faces at a rough time, took Excellent care of my son, and we were in and out in under 30 minutes.

I wish I could have given them less than one star, Dr. Velade or however you spell it is a terrible person, telling me that I am lying about what happened in our situation, I have always chosen this place for our care in a emergency and today is just the worst I have ever had in any place i have been, I will NEVER return to this place again, if I could leave right now I would.

I went in almost a year ago was in there for less than 20 minutes and was told there was nothing they could do for me. They never asked for a payment, and now I just received a call from a collection agency saying I owe $580 for their "treatment". I never once received a bill in the mail or a call from them or my insurance company. This place is a joke. Beware of this place.

This is one of the best urgent care facilities. It is very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and fast to help. If you need help, I would recommend this one because for the last couple of times we have had an emergency, there has been no wait time!

To be changed $1014.00 for 15 minutes and told that there wass nothing that they could do for me is absurd. My suggestion is unless you are dying avoid this facility. They are unwilling to listen to any billing disputes and will refer you to collections.

Quick and easy sign-in. They seem to have everything. My husband was in and out in about 3 hours but thats with sign-in, xrays/scans, samples, and release instructions. Very friendly and informative.
