Excellent facility - Ive used it for years - staff is very dedicated and helpful - just a bit rushed on surgery mornings. You must get there early to be assured a spot and fill out the 1 page form found on a clipboard in the crate by the door. If all clipboarded forms are gone - you have arrived too late! Because service is first come -first serve, and there is no way to know who or how many are coming on any given day -- just come as early as you can and hope for the best. I have had to return many times. Remember they are usually closed on holidays and sometimes the whole holiday weekend! Also Saturday seems to be the busiest day - fills up fastest - try another day if you can. THEY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!!

Great place for vaccine and low cost neuter/spray service, very friendly staff gives very detail Post-Op Instructions and didnt even charge me for the pain medicine, the office is very clean and they are taking care of the pets very well. For dogs neuter/spray, it says arrive before 8am on the website, in fact I had to be there at 7am in order to get in since they have limited spaces, but they are the only one I can find that open during the weekend nearby for the price I got nothing to complain, and I so glad I made the right choice.

this is the place to go! these people are wonderful human beings to both people and animals. they are respectful, and helpful to people, and super soft and kind with your kritter. I have gone to other places like Kaaws on ?529 man, the vet owner, forget her name is a Nazi. she has fines for everything. most people are getting wise to the fine scam. I know a woman whos fines for the pets staying over night (not the kennel fee), just the fines were more money than the surgery itself??? ANYWHO, the greater good is the place to go!

HHORRRIIIBLE SERVICE! they DECLINED my dog to get spayed only because she weighs 70 pounds. What kind of vet tech declines a dog in need!!!?? What kind of service is this??!! They acted as if they were doing me a favor, I was paying them every penny. Just HORRIBLE - DONT take your pets to this place. Dont put your pets in the hands of two ladies that dont care about animals

Ive taken all my cats to get fixed and vaccinated there. Very friendly staff! You can tell they love what they do. you have to be there EARLY to get a spot though. For my first cat, I was able to get a spot by 7 am, but now you have to def. be there before 6 to get a spot.

Excellent place to take your pet. My dog is usually very shy and shifty around people but they were able to give her the vaccinations she needed with no fuss at all. They were also very friendly and professional. They definitely are there for the animals.
