By Carol , May 19, 2010 My five cats are much loved members of the family. Time and time again Dr. Smith has successfully diagnosed and treated their illnesses. She stays current on all the new technology and medicines available to cats. Everyone at the Houston Cat Hospital are true cat lovers and they treat my animals the way I want them to be treated. I have consistently found the facilities to be clean and the employees professional. I highly recommend Dr. Smith and the many services available at the Houston Cat Hospital to all my fellow cat lovers.

This is a disorganized vet that charges inflated prices. The vet Dr. Smith is hopelessly stuck in the 80s. When I asked for a copy HCH used their printer to make one.Who uses a fax for a printer? You couldnt even read the invoice. Yes you get a Westheimer address and out of this world prices. Front office staff is fake nice. You feel like it is all about how many patients the vet can see. With this type of rushed service why bother? It is better to focus and give quality care to people that are repeat clients than to churn clients.

Very genuine, caring staff. The clinic is clean and nice, the prices are competetive with other vets. However, the staff is what makes this hospital stand out. We drive almost an hour into Houston to see Dr. Smith, when there are plenty of capable vets in Spring, TX. They truly love cats and that is evident in their treatment. If you are looking for a vet that will remember your cats name, give you options and sincerely consider your cat a patient, not just the "next appointment", HCH is the place!

After going to 3 vets who told me to put my cat down because they couldnt help her, I finally found Dr. Smith at Houston Cat Hospital. She listened to me and was able to help my cat. That was two years ago and my cat is still going strong. I just wish I had found Houston Cat Hospital sooner. I will never take my cat anywhere else again!
