I had to send my sister to this facility. After a week I can see the people do not care for the patients with needs as they should. they spend more time laughing at them. When you have a loved one that has had a stroke and they are not always in their right mind care givers shouldnt be laughing at them. Where is your compassion? they tell me there is not sheet on the bed because it is an air mattress.... which is total BS. I cant wait to get her out of there. It isnt very clean either. the hand cleaner by elevator was empty. the hand towels were empty in her room. Just very upset about this place. I havent even heard from a Doctor.

This place is one of the worst places to send your love ones. The nurses are rude and very unprofessional. The neglect the needs of their patients and have tons of falls. Rounding on patients is not done. Lots of secondary infections caused and they dont even make up the beds. The doctors only care about money and will keep them there forever as long as the insurance is still paying. Please go with Kindred its a way nicer facility.

Be careful when looking for a LTACH this one is constantly understaffed with employees that lack attention or desire. They do good here to provide to just provide basic care. Understandably they are new, so hopefully they will get better as they get older.

This is not a hospital I would take a dog to . They overdosed my mom twice.
