Jajajaja.... Im choking.., I worked here and here it goes. If you love your family member DO NOT take them to this place. If you hate your family member, ok drop them off here. Nursing is stretched like 7 patients to one, the building has no thermostatic controls, they rarely change the air filters, go ahead and eat the food, yes the building is totally old and the rooms have not been remodeled since the early 1980s. This location has been sold at least 3 times in the last four years. I worked here and I resigned, bc admins refusal to remodel the damn thing and upgrade the AC system. Climate controls are by opening and closing water valves on the roof. Really? Take your family member to a new place. Tour it first before admitting your loved one. You will see for yourself. I was able to have the main chiller replaced, one 5 ton packaged roof top unit installed over HOU bc it was deleted by prior CEO, opened up a back emergency exit by the dumpsters bc the front entry would flood and no traffic in or out. Also the neighbor is a compressed gas facility just like the one that blew up in Dallas. I visited them and asked them about their fire drills. They said what drills. The SVP of Promise asked me of my opinion of the location. I suggested that a full remodel and upgrades of all systems, or sell the place. Hey, the place just sold. How about that. Everything I stated above is the truth. Find a job elsewhere for your sanity. Daniel

this place seems like an old building that needs alot of work. Very small facility with a very small staff. The care is still in question. Very hard to find and see from the feeder road.

Excellent hospital. Building is mature, but well maintained. Staff are warm, friendly, caring knowledgeable. The care is Excellent. Top notch physician staff.
