Horrible experience. The nurses acted as if another patient and myself were disrupting their day, while gossiping about both of us at the nurses station, knowing my door was open. At the time of my visit there was only myself and one other patients (who thanks to loud nurses I know their name and condition) The doctor was more interested in giving me pain medicine and sending me on my way, than actually trying to determine the source of the pain. Without asking any questions or any sore of physical test, they claimed I pulled a muscle. The pain continued after the shot and I pushed towards an x-ray. It took forty five minutes of waiting on pregnancy test before my husband asked the nurse if he should go to Walgreens and buy me one. The highly inconvenienced nurse grumbled as she finally tested urine for pregnancy. Another twenty minutes of waiting for x-ray. While waiting on results from xray I received an antibiotic shot because despite not showing any symptoms of an uti and a negative urine test, I "might" have an uti. -_-. X-ray was normal and I was sent out the door with a prescription with another patients name on it. I entered at 1:15 and left close to 5 and again there was only one other patient. Three days later, I have seen a doctor, had an MRI and has been determined that I have dehydrated, protruding discs, and several tears that caused the pain and have been referred to a spinal Surgeon.

El pediatra mando ami hija x unos rayos x a este hospital y el radiologo de nombre Rene se porto maravillosamente y supo controlar a mi hija de su miedo que ella tenia,despues la mandaron otra vez para una resonancia magnetica tmb la atendio el doctor Rene,y tmb la señora judy vargas muy amable personas como ellos existen muy pocas asi que cuando valla a este hospital seran muy bien atendidos x ellos..

So this hospital charges my insurance 5000 for e.r. Visit? Is that the cost of the dr walking in to the dirty waiting room next to the vending machine where we are sitting just to Tell him his knee looks normal and hes ok?? No asking what aggravates the pain? No physical exam?no range of motion testing/bending the leg? No trying to walk on the leg? No checking for instability? No X-rays?? No exam room that got dirty, no dirty linens, No crutches. No ace wrap. No Tylenol or Motrin. No ice pack. Only to find out the very next day after seeing his pediatrician proper exam with X-rays which reveal he has fracture and will be in leg brace, next 8 weeks. Still under the care of his orthopedic today. This hospital and Dr should be ashamed.

I went in on a Saturday morning. I knew I had strep, asked for a strep exam and was treated with antibiotics as soon as test came back positive. I was kindly given a prescription and released. It was a good experience. I was not treated how others have previously reviewed. -1 star for never being brought to a room only because it might be worth noting this if you prefer to be in private, due to any circumstances or preference. that should be a priority for staff. Buy for me, i guess they could sense my lack of urgency. I did not expect to be overaccomodated. I went in knowing my issue and expected to be on my way within an hour.

Worst emergency room ever my sister was in a car accident and transported there along with my niece and nephew staff was very rude inconsiderate didnt want to answer questions acted as if we ruined their night of sitting around gossiping doing absolutely NOTHING!and Dr Patel Im assuming thats how you spell her name she needs to be reported for mal practice which i have reported her shes very rude and not very knowledgeable Im wondering how she received her degree! State board will be paying those guys a visit really soon so hopefully they will be on top of things cause all names were provided to be investigated!! So good luck

My mom went there for a infection on the foot and the doctor didnt even know what it was said it could be shingles and prescribed her medicine and said that if it wasnt shingles the meds wont hurt her but her glands in her throat feel swollen and asked her to take a look she just blew it off and said well you are all just messed up and didnt even look. Very unprofessional and rude. Wont ever be going back and advise Everyone else to find somewhere else to go for an emergency like an urgent care.

My son is sick running fever 2 y/o my daughter has strep throat so I thought maybe she gave it to him. The lady didnt swab his throat she barley even touched his lips with the swabs the strep test came back negative of courses. The doctor didnt check anything ears or anything. He just simply used his phones flashlight to look in his mouth. Then they gave him tylonal and told me to give him chicken soup because thats an antibiotic.

I went in for a cut on my foot and was treated very nicely. The first nurse that saw me took my blood pressure and stuff and was friendly and courteous her name was Takeeyah Sterling and she was so nice!! She told me they didnt have any room in the back but she would make sure they would see me and take care of me in the triage room. The rest of the staff was awesome too!! Awesome hospital and I give them 5 stars!!

Took my nephew there the lady At the desk told me to kiss her a** the nurse and doctor treated him very rudely hes a kid for crying out loud then proceed to tell me they dont give doctors notes for non emergency and that I should have taken him elsewhere. Do not take your family here worst staff of medical doctor as ever! They deserve to lose there damn jobs...very angry with the bed side manor of this place! Wow

I took my son at midnight on a Saturday since everything else was close. He was running a high fever. They only checked his ears to make sure he didnt have an ear infection. Today we got a letter from our insurance saying that this place charged $9,000 dollars for that. This place is a fraud.

Horrible experience 3 times already just came this last time bc breathing problems they came out to say bc of a lost ass id they couldnt do the same treatment the pice officer said I beleive he was racist i made it clear to him we had been there before the same way

My daughter and son in law took my granddaughter to this hospital tonight. They took my granddaughters vitals and sent her home. They are so rude there. Never again.
