I have been here since 2pm. Its approaching 5pm , closing time. All ive had is my vitals taken and noone has checked on me since. This is what discourages people from going to the doctor. Long waits & inconsiderate staff who treat u like a number & get mad when u ask how long its going to be. Worse service, overcrowded & overbooked. NEVER AGAIN.

The doctors are great but the service here sucks so bad. They take so long to call you in even if youre on time for your appointment. It took them two hours for the doctor to finally attend my mom. I could seriously have my mom (a cancer patient) attend a better clinic than having to sit here wasting our lives away waiting

It is kind of like jail. Lazy rude employees. They love to push the blame around and keep you waiting. Be prepared to wait wait and more wait. Trying to call them on the phone, forget about it. 2 hours late past appointment time and counting.

I dont know why people are complaining; everytime we go we get taken care of right away. probably the longest that we waited was like 15 min and to the doctor check on us really quick. every visit we take we last around an hour.

I have nothing bad to say about a clinic that will help you. For instance co-pay, its clean. If people couldnt afford to go to other hospital or clinic. People stop complaining, they are there to help you. Get in their shoes.

It takes SO LONG to be seen. I had an appointment at 1:00. I was on time, and I was there until after 5:00. It wasnt for a procedure that takes a long time; I was just getting more refills of a prescription authorized.
